I sent out an email to notify members going to our outdoor event tomorrow that it might rain heavily and to be prepared for that, but I'm hearing from several people in the group that they did not receive the email, although I receive the confirmation email.**I understand that you are trying to throttle emails to improve the UX, but you need to log somewhere for users so that they know that the email was sent and it doesn't look like I'm just being a poor host. Now I'm debating between having a bunch of people show up to a horrible experience because they are not prepared, or manually contacting *** people, wasting my time, and ruining their Meetup experience.**Also, as an organizer I need to know that when I sent out a message that people are receiving it, otherwise how am I supposed to organize? This is the first time I've sent an email with Meetup, and I'm already thinking that there are probably better communication tools.
