One, have my paid for service operational at the time of payment on the morning of July *th. Payment should have been levied before completing service. Two, my Meetup was not active until late July *th.*Three, my photo albums would not "update" after several attempts. Four, altogether I spent more than four hour trying to connect with customer service without any response. Five, I still not... ... Is everyone having a good *th? Five hours ago I set-up and paid for a Meetup posting, "Why Christianity?"*Although paid for it has not been published nor were my four help inquiries answered. Shameful. I will have my credit card charge reversed.
They clearly are understaffed or disinterested. Bodes poorly for any continuing relationship especially concerning time sensitive meeting dates and times. Not a good way "to run a railroad."
A competent service officer from Meetup should call me.
Since July *th and expected better instructions and timely responses to questions. Payment for service when it is completed and validated, not before which is basically fraudulent.
Tried calling corporate number which would not accept any calls.
