Help with my Meetic Group issue

Hello,I am member of Meetic already * years .*My nr: *********.*Nick name : Lakaja *(Milano location)*my subscription expired week ago **.**.*****I have problems to make payment and extend subscription.*I got from Meetic special offer with **% discount,and attaching here print screen as provement.*And trying many times to subscribe,but not able. May be because my Visa credit card is new now and CVV*CVC code changed.*I" filled new payment method" where filled new card info with new CVV*CVC*But trying few times I always getting notification that information of card is not correct .*I connected my bank,they telling that your site was trying to charge me at **.**.**** the day when my subscription expired.Even I was not trying to make payment this day.Before I had settings NOT automattical renewal of subscription,*but apparently may be it is still on?* My bank getting notification from Meetic ,that payment can,t be done, because card information is not correct*?rrec*I tryed to pay with another card,from another bank but payment was rejected too.**I am kindly asking to you to make my account setting NOT automatticaly renewal .**And solve pls the problem to make possible my payment for special offer what you sent me.*( is field there to frite Promo Code.May be this is the problem?if yes,then from where then I get get it?)*Best regards,*Kindly*Arune Jayne
