Jan or feb of this year, I went to my doctor and she told me I was due for the recast infusion for my bones. I had gotten * years before that. Told they would put in the request,with infectious disease here in Tampa Florida. I waited and never got a call. I went back to my doctor and they said they had put in all the requests. Because it was longer than * months, I had to get a new blood test. This time I saw the main doctor at the office. He said you are not leaving till we get you an appointment.I finally got a call from infectious disease and I went. I did not have an appointment for the infusion. All it was was a doctor visit, I asked why I had already gone through all of that with my own doctor. They said had to order the medication and they would call me. That appointment was on June **th. Have called several times to inquire and nothing. They said they were checking with Medicare on one of my calls. That has been *months ago. They seem to not even know what they are doing. * yearago, I did not go through all of this. The phone that I have for them is ***-***-****and they are located at ****N Havana Ave. *****. I feel they are refusing to treat me and I want results
