I am requesting a refund for Media Fire. I was charged $12.98, and my experience with this site was not good. When attempting to download "The Hunger Games" movies, they failed to download. Similarly, when trying to download "The Maze Runner" movies, numerous pop-ups appeared instructing me to download unnecessary items to my computer, causing issues and requiring me to have it serviced. This negative experience has deterred me from making any further purchases on this site.

After upgrading my account, the free share feature stopped working. I attempted to resolve it by re-downloading the file from MediaFire. However, I now cannot upload the file to my account. This hindered my progress on time-sensitive website links for a project. When reaching out via the 1-[redacted] number, I encountered a strange busy signal. This experience made me question if the free service is more reliable than the paid service. I just checked again, and it seems to be functioning properly now. No response needed, but it may be an issue to address in the future for better service. I upgraded while on my Android device and later accessed it on my laptop, which might have caused a setup glitch. I wanted to inform you to potentially enhance service for others.
