The issue in GetHuman-nlilly's own words
We put in an order on August the **th to have services connected, they set up an appointment for August the **th, the tech came out and said he had no connections that he had to put an order for construction. They came the next day and said they could do it but it had to come from construction, they had to dig lines and stuff? So I called the number again and he said it would be *-* business days(this was Friday the **th) So he set up an appointment to have services push out to The following Friday the **th. Someone from construction was suppose to come between Monday and Friday to dig the lines... my husband then called on Wednesday to get an update and they told him it would be four to six weeks? I would like to know why it is taking so long by the end of it it’ll be almost ** weeks from the time we put in our order? This doesn’t make any sense.
