I recently visited your Mansfield, Nottinghamshire McDonald's with my son needing a nappy change and my daughter using the restroom. Unfortunately, my daughter slipped on the wet floor, hitting her mouth on the sink, causing a busted lip and bleeding. The restroom was also dirty and had an unpleasant smell. When I reported the incident to the staff, they only provided a cold compress, without offering any additional comfort like a balloon or ice-cream for my daughter. I had brought her to your store to lift her spirits after receiving vaccinations, but she ended up getting hurt. I am hoping for a quick resolution and would appreciate your assistance in addressing this issue promptly. Thank you.

My spouse and I visited McDonald's in Havre de Grace, MD [redacted], where we encountered a pricing issue. Initially told about a buy one, get one for a dollar deal, we ordered four fish fillets, two Big Macs, two large fries, and a large chocolate milkshake totaling $28.13. Upon arrival at the drive-thru, we were informed the deal wasn't correct. Despite discussions, the manager insisted on the full $28.00 price, leading to disappointment and a cancelled order. This experience has left a negative impression, and we may seek dining options elsewhere moving forward. Regards, C. H. Lunchtime today.

I recently visited your McDonald's in Ower where we experienced a 20-minute wait for our order. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold, and despite sending it back, there was no apology. The replacement order was only warm. To make matters worse, when we parked in a disabled space, we were blocked in by a delivery van. When asking if it would be moved, a staff member rudely informed us we'd have to wait another half hour. My disabled husband had to move the trolley himself to be able to drive out. Overall, the customer service was highly disappointing.

I recently had a concerning experience at the Phillipsburg, NJ McDonald's. I reside in Phillipsburg and visited this particular McDonald's around 2:00 PM to purchase an Egg McMuffin. When I tried to pay with a $20 bill, I later found out it was counterfeit. The manager, a skinny individual with dark hair, had a very rude attitude and accused me multiple times of knowingly using counterfeit money. She insisted on keeping the bill and mentioned calling the police. Feeling like a victim, I was shocked by the situation. I decided to involve the police to explain my side. Surprisingly, the manager claimed I had done this before a year ago, referencing a conversation about my non-existent grandson's sneakers. This is completely false, as I do not have grandchildren and have never been involved in such incidents. I believe this manager should be dismissed for making unfounded allegations against me. If the situation is not addressed, I may have to seek legal advice. The McDonald's store in question is located on RT 22 in Phillipsburg, NJ.

While ordering student meals for myself and my partners, consisting of a McChicken and a Big Mac, we encountered an issue where we were informed that two student meals couldn't be purchased together, despite us having done so previously without any trouble. Even though we both had valid IDs, there was confusion. After addressing this issue, we arrived home to find out we received two Big Macs instead of the ordered meal with a McChicken. I don't eat Big Macs and was disappointed by the mistake, especially after the focus was on our student IDs rather than the actual order. This experience left me unsatisfied with the service provided.

I received cold food after requesting hot food at McDonald’s in Canyon, Texas. The manager, who claimed his last name was Jones, behaved rudely by touching my fries and insisted they were fine when I complained. He refused to refund my money. Eventually, after waiting at the window, a different staff member brought out a fresh order, but I felt uneasy about eating it due to the earlier incident. This was my first negative experience in over 40 years of dining at McDonald’s, and I am deeply disappointed. I disposed of the chicken nuggets and fries as I was concerned about the possibility of the manager tampering with my food. It’s unfortunate that I had to throw away my meal and was left feeling unsatisfied.

I am a Native American married to a white woman. While vacationing in Tallahassee, Florida, I witnessed four other families getting their orders taken immediately. However, I had to wait for 37 minutes to have my order taken. Such slow service is unacceptable, especially in a fast-food establishment. I am frustrated and disappointed by the racism I experienced. I feel the need to address this issue and spread awareness about discrimination against Native Americans, as I believe this kind of behavior should not be tolerated.

I recently learned about the coffee cup incident in Kansas involving a police officer being given a cup with inappropriate words at a McDonald's. As a construction contractor who frequents your establishments three times a week and regularly buys coffee for my team, I am concerned about how this situation was handled. If this is the way your employees are interacting with law enforcement officers, I may have to take my business elsewhere.

I have made multiple attempts to remain open-minded about the new walk-up screens for ordering food, but after trying it out, I've decided to look for a new place to eat. I fail to see the advantage as it takes 3 to 4 times longer to place an order. I always thought this was a fast-food restaurant. I believe that ever since these walk-up screens were installed, your business might be losing money. It's now much easier to order from your competitors. The new store design looks cheap and unstable. It's disappointing to see these changes, and I find it concerning. I used to be a loyal customer, visiting 3 to 4 times a week, but now I will be avoiding your store. The main goal should be to serve customers efficiently and promptly. It appears that the company is moving in the wrong direction quickly. Perhaps reconsidering these changes and the people in charge would be beneficial. It's a regrettable situation.

The employee at the drive-thru was terribly rude from the start of my order until I paid. My 9-year-old daughter, who never speaks negatively about anyone, even commented on her behavior. The chicken strips were extremely dry, and the fries were stale and cold. It was truly the worst experience I've ever had at any McDonald's.

I am disappointed by the poor experience I had at a McDonald’s restaurant located at [redacted] Manatee Street in Cape Carteret, NC. Not only was the customer service lacking, but the meal I received was also subpar. Upon entering, I was not greeted by the staff which was a bit disheartening. I waited to place my order and realized afterwards that I was not provided with a drink cup. Additionally, the sandwich I ordered was undercooked, bordering on raw. As a result, I will not be returning to this McDonald’s location. I am seeking a refund for the unsatisfactory meal and feel frustrated for the time wasted on this unpleasant experience. My time is valuable, and the inconvenience of having to seek another meal has left me greatly dissatisfied. Sincerely, Anthony N.

I had a disappointing experience at the McDonald’s on [redacted] and Perry Rd. Amid the current pandemic, it was unsettling to see the lack of customer service and attention to safety protocols. I ordered a McChicken biscuit but received the wrong sandwich. When I returned it, the employee requested the incorrect sandwich back, which surprised me given the circumstances. They then used the same chicken patty in the replacement biscuit, which shocked me. While I try not to complain, this situation warranted it. The employees were not wearing masks, and one worker was breathing into the bags while handing them out. I will be filing multiple complaints about this experience as it was unprofessional and risky during these times. McDonald’s needs to ensure the safety and well-being of its customers.

I am writing regarding an issue involving my daughter who is employed at the Brooklyn Ohio location on Ridge Rd. She consistently parks in the same spot every morning. Recently, manager Sarah contacted the police about her vehicle. I discussed this with Sarah on Saturday, and she mentioned her supervisor Brian instructed her to make the call. I reached out to Brian, leaving several messages regarding the situation as the car is registered in my name and parked at my residence while my daughter is at home. Unfortunately, Brian has not responded, causing me concern as this feels like harassment towards my daughter and myself. If my daughter’s car is towed from your parking lot, someone will be responsible for the impound fees. This situation needs to cease immediately. Kindly address this matter promptly. Thank you. Chris.

I accompanied my boyfriend during his DoorDash delivery tonight and we experienced a 40-minute wait at the pickup location where the workers were incredibly rude, even openly arguing. Coming from a service industry background, I was shocked by the poor treatment we received. I hope that improvements can be made to avoid similar experiences, especially addressing the disrespectful behavior and language used by the employees at [redacted] Broadway Street, Toledo, Ohio. My boyfriend is too kind to speak up, so I'm reaching out on his behalf. It's disheartening to see someone working hard to support his family faced with such unacceptable behavior.

My spouse and I recently visited McDs in Center Moriches. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the McDs app that caused confusion about a special deal. Although other McDs locations have been able to override similar errors and honor the deal, the Center Moriches store was unwilling to do so. This experience has been disappointing, especially considering the lack of flexibility and professionalism displayed by the staff. The inconsistency between stores in handling such situations has left us frustrated with the service at this particular location. There seems to be a need for better training and customer-centric policies to ensure a more positive experience for patrons.

Hello, I wanted to share a recent experience at McDonald's in Sealand Road, Chester Retail Park on 24/07/[redacted] around 10:45 AM. While waiting for our food, my friend approached what we thought was a display stand near the counter with napkins and condiments. A staff member seemed upset as it was apparently off-limits. We had seen another customer use the stand, so we assumed it was allowed. The staff member appeared annoyed, which made the situation a bit uncomfortable. I don't want to file a formal complaint or get anyone in trouble, especially during these challenging times where we all need to act calmly and respectfully. However, I believe a gentle reminder on appropriate behavior would be beneficial. Thank you.

During my lunch break around 9:30 in Bexleyheath, I went to McDonald's and ordered a 99p chicken sandwich with extra mayonnaise. The manager fulfilled my request, but I noticed he didn't wash his hands beforehand while in the middle of cleaning, which was concerning. When I asked for a refund, he was uncooperative. Despite mentioning I would provide feedback and asking for his name and an email address to send my complaint, he did not provide the information. His behavior was rude, aggressive, and unpleasant. I want this incident investigated, including checking the CCTV footage to ensure a fair assessment. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

On August 4, [redacted], at 05:23 AM, my wife and I had an unpleasant experience at McDonald's located at [redacted] Hawthorne Blvd, Torrance, CA [redacted]. The McDonald's Survey Code is 07[redacted]0-80[redacted]5-[redacted]-1. I want to express my dissatisfaction with the hostile and impolite female employee we encountered at the drive-thru window. When my wife politely asked for a receipt, the employee rudely instructed us to wait at the exterior "waiting" station. Despite no other customers in line, we were left waiting, prompting my wife to go inside for the receipt from a male employee. This behavior was not the first time; yesterday, we faced a similar attitude when requesting a receipt. It's crucial for us to check our order due to past missing food items incidents. Lacking a receipt makes it hard to verify orders or report such behavior. This experience has left us feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service provided.

I ordered food at the drive-thru for a quick meal before my appointment. I ordered 2 cokes, 2 double cheeseburgers, and 2 fries. However, I only received one coke when I checked the order. When I mentioned the missing drink, the staff member insisted I only ordered one coke. I offered to pay for the extra drink, but she refused to provide it. After asking to speak to the manager, he advised me to either go back through the drive-thru with a long line or go inside with a wait time. Frustrated by the situation, I left with only one drink for my two meals. The manager's response about COVID restrictions preventing him from correcting the mistake added to my annoyance. I felt embarrassed in front of my son and found the whole experience unreasonable and a waste of time. McDonald's error in not giving the correct number of drinks made the situation even more frustrating.

I recently visited the McDonald's store located at High Street in Exeter, Devon on Saturday to show support for local restaurants reopening after the Covid-19 closure. After my meal, I needed to use the restroom due to having a colostomy bag that requires frequent changing. I was disappointed to find that the disability toilet lacked essential features for colostomy wearers. There was no shelf to place pouches and wipes, no mirror for pouch placement, and no hook for hanging items during a bag change. I have advocated for these accommodations in other stores successfully, benefitting colostomy and ileostomy wearers dealing with various conditions like cancer, diverticulitis, Crohn's disease, and ulcerative colitis. I am willing to assist McDonald's in making these simple adjustments to their disabled toilets to better serve individuals with disabilities.
