Yesterday evening at *.** approximately, I went to providence mall, Pondicherry, McDonald’s- dessert for ice cream. The lady named Deepa attended me. I gave her *** rupee note for two ice creams, she said she does not have change. I said I too do not have. She did not answer, then I checked my purse and handed her out one twenty rupee, ten rupee, one five rupee note and a five rupee coin. She said five rupee note is not valid, I asked her whether I am printing it at my home and bringing it to you, somebody gave me and I am giving it to you, ok now give my money back, I don’t need ice cream.SHE IS TELLING ME TO LEARN HOW TO SPEAK FIRST. I told her you first learn how to sell things and left to the toilet near by. My child was standing there and she was yelling to the attender there saying that I should learn how to speak all the people in the mall was watching her, l was loud but she was louder than me while yelling. Customer care? Shall I give you now the solutions for no change- **. She could have told me politely to wait so that she could wait for the next customer to give change after serving the ice cream, I would have waited with the cool tummy.**. She could have got the change from the other outlet on that same tiny mall which serves burger. You people cannot day that you do not have change, because mc Donald’s does not accept credit cards.**. I gave her the change, she could have accepted and served me, and that five rupee note is accepted in banks if not locally, we own a pharmacy and we do transact money on daily basis with local people. *I am astonished at your customer service here, because I know how mc Donald’s staff deal with their clients through out the world. Hope you would take action on this staff of yours.**Nallalagu
