Delievery ... Hi, my name is Arron and I am writing from Middlesbrough. The complaint I am putting forward is towards the new McDonalds Delivery that is now available in my area. However I am a big fan of McDonalds and when I found out there was delivery I was happy especially after a ** hour shift.**The delivery did come quick I must admit especially when it was two orders for me and my partner . As I was eating my Big mac burger I notice there was a plastic white thin string in my mouth which was covered in meat. **I have notified the app I used and contacted the McDonalds build I purchased from but I got a very cant be bothered attitude from the male staff member and he replied 'ring the app people bye' and hung up the phone on me. **I feel very annoyed after this experience especially after pending £** on the order. *I would like a refund because me and my partner did not go back to our meal and I hope for a reply.
