I ordered a double cheeseburger meal and a kids' four-piece chicken nugget meal. At the drive-thru, there was confusion with my order. The employee at the first window mentioned a 10-piece order, which wasn't mine. When I reached the next window, they handed me the wrong order. After some back and forth, the manager asked me to pay an additional $2.30. I obliged and then was asked to sign a refund receipt, even though no money was refunded to me. Despite these issues, I did not receive the correct receipt. The overall experience was frustrating, with the manager displaying an unhelpful attitude. The incident occurred at McDonald's in Prada North, Cape Coral, Florida, with a timestamp of 2:55 pm on September 18th.

I tried to use my reusable cup for coffee at the store but was denied. After asking to speak to a supervisor, I encountered two men at the table. One man smirked at me, while the other claimed to be the supervisor. Despite explaining my desire to reduce plastic waste, he seemed unaware of the issue. I suggested he educate himself, but he took offense. I then mentioned other stores in the area allowing reusable cups without any issues, but the supervisor was dismissive. The conversation deteriorated, and I regret calling him names. In today's world, it's surprising that McDonald's isn't more environmentally conscious. Other stores like Panera, WAWA, and Starbucks have already embraced this practice. McDonald's needs to catch up and educate its staff on these important issues. Thank you.

I have visited the Battlebridge [redacted] McDonald's location on three separate occasions. Each time I purchased food, but when I got home, the meat was missing from my sandwiches. This led to me having to drive back to the store to have the issue corrected. The employees at this location seem to be more focused on talking and playing around rather than providing a professional level of service. There are certain standards that need to be addressed regarding customer service. The management team appears to be neglectful of what is happening in the store. Many people have stopped going to this McDonald's due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff and management. If I had to rate this location on a scale of 1-10, I would give it a 2 as it requires restructuring. If I were the owner, I would not want these kinds of reviews. I can no longer eat at this location; I am truly disappointed with the service and will not be returning.

Good morning, I am seeking a refund for an online order made using the mobile app which was priced at $3.27 with a coupon, but charged me $7.00 post-coupon usage. I encountered poor customer service from manager Marcy T. at the East Los Angeles McDonald's on Atlantic Blvd and Pomona Blvd, store number [redacted]. Despite trying to address the issue, Marcy directed me dismissively to call corporate. I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to discover the overcharge only upon receiving my receipt. This incident occurred at 11:49pm on 9/3/18, with receipt issuance at 12:07am for order number 10. For further assistance, please contact me at [redacted] or via email. Thank you, Eric R.

I had a disappointing experience at the McDonald's on Whitaker Rd at 4:30 AM. I had to go inside because nobody was at the drive-thru window. The manager informed me that a young employee was using their earpiece at the mobile window. Inside, an employee was mopping with no customer service manners. I placed my order, used a buy one get one free coupon, but didn't receive a receipt. The manager appeared tired and unengaged while waiting for my food. As a Customer Service Manager myself, I was disappointed by the lack of acknowledgment of the issue. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied with the service provided. Sincerely, Mary G.

I visited location #[redacted] in Doral at the Walmart on 8/26. To my disappointment, no one spoke English, and my order was a mess. My fries were undercooked, the hamburger was cold and tough, the milkshake was watery, and the chicken tenders were also cold and hard. When I requested a refund or an exchange, I encountered a lot of resistance. Glenda, the night shift Manager, claimed not to speak English and couldn't assist me. The day Manager, Christina, said it wasn't her shift and couldn't help. Marianne also refused to intervene or issue a refund. I was even denied information to contact headquarters. It was frustrating to receive such poor customer service. I just want a refund and will not be returning to this location in the future.

Recently, I drove from Colechester, Connecticut to McDonald's and spent $27.50. But when I got home, I found out my children's Happy Meals were missing apples, the french fries were upside down, and everything was crammed into one bag. When I called to complain, they asked for a receipt, which they didn't provide. Despite knowing the exact amount spent, they were reluctant to assist promptly. Additionally, my quarter pounder was undercooked. I admit I got frustrated and called the employee a millennial who didn't care about her job. It's frustrating that employees have phones with them and don't focus on their tasks. I believe there should be a policy banning phones in the cooking and cashier areas to avoid errors like this. Employees should refer to a manual in case of emergencies instead of using personal phones at work.

I recently visited a McDonald’s and had a disappointing experience. At the drive-thru, the staff member initially got our order wrong, insisting we had asked for a sausage McMuffin instead of a sausage McGriddle. After correcting the order, we attempted to redeem a buy one, get one for ¢0.01 deal on McCafé frappes through the app, but the discount was not applied. We only realized this after paying the full price. The frappes we received were poorly blended, with large ice chunks making it undrinkable. This occurred at restaurant #[redacted]. I am seeking some form of compensation for the subpar service and food quality we encountered. Thank you.

My grandson is employed at a McDonald's in Red Deer, Alberta. He was assured two shifts weekly. Most of the staff, around 98%, are from the Philippines and often struggle to communicate in English. There have been instances where they called my grandson in to cover for a missing colleague, only to tell him upon arrival that he wasn't needed as someone from their own culture was taking the shifts unfairly without proper scheduling. Despite my grandson's efforts to work whenever shifts were available and his request for a transfer to another location to secure hours, he was denied and told to quit. He worked on Oct 14, [redacted], and was unknowingly made to sign a paper in a situation he did not fully understand. When I inquired about his upcoming shifts, I was informed he had quit. My grandson, needing a part-time job and experiencing such treatment at his first job in the industry, has left us concerned for how young employees are treated at the company.

Yesterday, I ordered three Big Macs, one without onions or pickles. Unfortunately, my Big Mac arrived with onions and pickles, and the medium fries I received were very cold. The service was slow despite the lack of a line. I returned the next day during a busy lunch rush to speak with the manager. When it was my turn, I was asked to step aside to talk to the manager directly. After expressing my concerns and providing my contact information, I tried to place my order. Amid the hustle and bustle, I had to reorder two Big Macs, one without pickles or onions. This time the order was correct but was missing the special sauce. I decided not to complain again due to the rush and ate the burger as is.

I went to McDonald's and ordered food for myself, my son, and my husband. While their food was okay, my Mcgriddle was cold, and my cheeseburger was plain instead of with everything. I couldn't eat it. I had to wait another hour and a half to return to McDonald's. Another McDonald's location refused to fix my order. After a frustrating experience, I returned to the original McDonald's to have it corrected. They initially seemed reluctant but eventually agreed. They asked me to wait in a parking space, and I did. However, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes because they forgot about me. When I finally received my food, the burger was soggy, and the Mcgriddle was hard. I didn't eat it because of the poor quality. Also, my drink had melted, and I refused to buy another due to their errors. I had already paid once, and I was left without food or a drink. I am seeking reimbursement from McDonald's, possibly in the form of a gift card.

I had a bad experience at McDonald's Restaurant #[redacted] on [redacted] Fredericksburg Rd. in San Antonio, TX [redacted] on October 27, [redacted]. I purchased a decaf coffee on October 25, [redacted], that didn't taste good, and I called to request a replacement. When I visited on October 27, [redacted], the Manager refused to provide me with the replacement, stating they didn't have my information. The Manager declined to give her name and asked me to leave the drive-thru. I felt embarrassed and misunderstood. I simply wanted my $1.08 decaf coffee as promised. It's worth noting that there is ongoing construction at the restaurant, and only the drive-thru is open.

Dear Customer Service, I had a disappointing experience with one of your employees recently. On Wednesday, October 31st at 12:30 p.m., I visited the Sidi Abbada Restaurant in Marrakesh to claim a prize from a promotional event. Upon presenting my card to the manager, who was a woman without a name tag, I was informed that the prize I won was not available. Unfortunately, the manager behaved rudely, shouted at me, and other customers in a similar situation. She refused to provide her name when asked and continued to be disrespectful in front of everyone. Her unprofessional conduct, lack of assistance, and dismissive behavior left me feeling frustrated and upset. I left the establishment as a result of her behavior. I hope that this incident does not reflect the overall values and standards of your company. Thank you for addressing this matter. Best regards, Y.B.

I recently placed an order at the drive-thru on Central Avenue in Toledo, OH. I ordered a #6, which includes 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, fries, and a Coke, along with a hamburger and an apple pie. After paying at the first window, at the second window, they had me pull over to a reserved spot. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I walked back to the window to check on my order. One of the staff members asked for my receipt and mentioned that she wasn't responsible for cooking the food. I eventually received my order but realized the Coke was missing. They later brought me the Coke but when I got home, I discovered the fries were not included in the bag. I've never complained at a restaurant before, but the poor service and attitude I experienced were unacceptable. Thank you, Jay.

I recently worked at Butler Rd. McDonald's and was let go after just two days on the job. The manager, David, accused me of disrespecting a Spanish manager, which I found unjustified. Despite following all instructions and even leaving when asked, another supervisor advised me to wait for the regional store manager. However, to my surprise, David called the police on me. The authorities found no fault on my part, yet David insisted on my termination, claiming I disrespected the management. I had simply been doing my job, ensuring we had enough supplies and helping out in various areas. I even asked for a day off, only to be abruptly fired. I believe I was wrongfully terminated and treated unfairly. My contact number is [redacted]. My name is Taurean Estah Hansley.

Hello, my name is Shannon Bean. I visited your restaurant on Broadway in Nashville, TN, on November 6th around midnight. I ordered a 4-piece nugget, a double cheeseburger, and a large sweet tea at the drive-thru. After receiving my order, I parked in a McDonald's parking space to enjoy my meal in my car. While relaxing after eating and listening to music, the manager approached my car around 2 am with a leaf blower, knocking on my window and questioning if I was okay. I was taken aback and felt scared as he repeatedly yelled that sleeping was not allowed in the parking lot. This experience left me feeling embarrassed, hurt, and disrespected. I believe he discriminated against me, treated me poorly, and unjustly singled me out without reason. I urge you to review the security footage to see that I was in my car, not causing any trouble. Thank you.

I was permitted to use the restroom on Saturday, November 10th by a former employer named Martha. I accidentally left a Milwaukee measuring tape with a storage key attached. Upon returning to retrieve my belongings, I was unfortunately denied access. This has affected my business operations. Although I recognize the challenges this establishment faces with disturbances, I am not homeless and visited only for a meal. My purchase receipt number is [redacted], made between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM as proof of my visit. I was misled and prevented from re-entering the restroom that same night and the following morning between 9:45 AM and 10:17 AM. I am pursuing legal action for discrimination and wrongful actions at the establishment, causing business disruptions. The store manager, a Latina woman of a heavier build, declined to provide her name, complicating my legal case. Despite being given access to the restroom with a spare key, I was unjustly denied access to retrieve my items due to poor service and racial bias. Sincerely, Gary B.

Dear Community Members, I visited the McDonald's located at [redacted] Cypress N Houston in Cypress, Texas. I ordered a large Sprite Tropical Berry. At the first window, the young lady thanked me after I paid. However, when I got to the second window to pick up my drink, the young lady handed it to me without acknowledging my gratitude. Even after I thanked her twice, she responded rudely, claiming she had already said "you're welcome." I tried to explain she hadn't, but she became argumentative and disrespectful. The manager intervened, but the young lady continued to be impolite. I decided to ask for a refund as I refuse to support a place where rudeness is tolerated. It was a disappointing experience, and I felt it important to share this unacceptable behavior with you all.

I recently ordered food at McDonald's on the corner of Line and Pierremont in Shreveport, Louisiana. After being asked to pull ahead to wait for my order, the line became congested, and I had to move to the right-hand side to finally receive my food. Despite waiting for 7 additional minutes, they mistakenly gave my order to someone else. This caused me significant delays as I needed to rush to work. After contacting the restaurant, they mentioned they still had my hamburger, which left me dissatisfied. They did not attempt to refund me or offer any additional gestures of goodwill. As a frustrated customer, I am disappointed by the lack of service I experienced and have decided not to return to this location.

On Wednesday at about 9:30 p.m., I visited the Madison St location in Clarksville, TN [redacted] drive-thru. I ordered chicken tenders and fries to be made fresh. Although the tenders were fine, the fries were stale and cold. This has happened three times at this location where my order was messed up or the food was stale. When I returned to the store, William offered to remake my order to ensure it was fresh. However, the manager, John, became confrontational when I wanted to wait at the window to verify my food was remade as requested. Despite the unnecessary tension, William eventually brought me the fresh food as promised. Threatening and bullying customers, as John did, is unacceptable. I've spoken to another manager at the store, who assured me they would address the situation. I want this issue to be resolved promptly.
