I went to one of your location ****** in Doral inside of the Walmart on ****,mind to tell you no one spoke English. My fries wasn't done my quarter ponder was cold and hard the milk shake was watery and the chicken tenders was hard and cold. I asked them to exchange the food or give me my money. Then the run around began. I spoke to Glenda who was supposed to be the night shift Manager she told me she doesn't speak English and she couldn't help me. I spoke to Christina the day Manager she said she couldn't do anything because it wasn't her shift. I spoke to Marianne who told me she had nothing to do with it no one to refund my money. No one wanted to give me the information to headquarters no wants to acknowledge the issue. According to the translator she stated that the cashier said do not give me the information just give me the number to Jeuney. I just want my money and trust I will not ever purchase anything from another one of your location.
