Dear Sir * Madam,**I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Takeaways**The issue that I have experienced was: I attended Mcdoanlds drive through on ******** ordering a Mc-chicken sandwich meal and a Sweet chilli chicken wrap meal. I payed for my order and drove ** minutes home . When getting home I realised my order was incorrect and I had recieved a garlic wrap , not a meal and a quarter pounder burger no chips , which was not what I had ordered . I had already got home with my order , which I felt was too late to go back to change even though none of this food I ate as I dislike. *I am extremely disappointed as I have never had any problems with mcdoanlds before and do go quite often.**It occurred on: ************A refund , and compensation for my convenience as I am a loyal customer with McDonald’s .**I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.**Yours faithfully,
