Buy dinner for my family. ... For the second time this month, we've been screwed by McDonald's. On Saturday, Aug.**, my son placed an order. He did not stay at the pick-up window to go through the bag and verify that everything was included. When we do that, the cars behind us start honking from impatience. The order was for * Double Qtr. Pounder with cheese (No pickle, no onion), * regular Qtr. Pounder with Cheese, one small order of french fries, * Fruit & Yogurt Parfait and * Large Diet Coke and one sausage McMuffin with cheese, no pickle, no onion. What we got was one empty bag where the double sausage McMuffin with cheese was supposed to be. We were so upset, I called the Manager of that particular outlet and asked her to have one of their employees re-pack the food and bring it to our home. She said it was against company policy to do that, but they could have Uber bring it to us. I said I wasn't going to pay for Uber and if she would pay for it, that would be just fine. She never did respond to that. She also sounded like an elementary school student and did not represent your company in a businesslike manner. The Validation Code for this visit was ******* and there is also a number at the bottom of the receipt in case customers have comments or concerns - it was not in service. We have never had this shabby service since that outlet opened several years ago. It keeps getting worse and worse. There is also an Arby's across the street as well as Wendy's, Burger King up the road, Subway across the street. Also Panda Express and Taco Bell close by so the neighborhood has many other choices besides McDonalds. Thanks for your time - get some decent help. My phone number is ***-***-****.
They need to be extra careful to pack what the customers request.
Get some employees who are customer oriented, ESPECIALLY management.
Have been a customer about twice a week since they opened about * years ago.
