Apparently this McDonald's believes that the problem is "fixed." If so, it is clear that McDonald's management and and our time does not matter.

The issue in GetHuman-dbhausma's own words
Pick up my order ... On July ** at about *:** p.m. we placed an order through your Mobile Order and Pay program. My wife arrived at the drive-thru speaker and gave the order-taker our order number, KW** (provided to us from the McDonald’s iPhone application). She drove up to the first window and the cashier asked her if the order was for pick-up via dining room or drive-though window. As my wife was unsure, the lady spoke to me via my wife’s cell phone. She confirmed my order number and the order took asked my wife to go to the designated parking area to wait for the order.*Our order included:***$* McDouble***SCR Double Bacon Smokehouse Quarter**** Apple Pies***Large Strawberry Shake***Medium Coke**After **-minutes or so, my wife called and said that she was still in the parking lot. I called the McDonald restaurant three times, the first time I heard the phone ringing for about *-minutes and somebody picked up the phone and hung it up. Waiting for another **-minutes, I called the restaurant again, the phone kept ringing for about **-minutes. It became plain that the McDonald has was not going to answer the phone. *At least **-minutes to an hour after the sitting in the parking lot as instructed, the McDonald staff, my wife drove around to the McDonald pick up window.*She was handed a “Happy Meal and a large coke and a cup of water. My wife handed the “Happy Meal back to the order window. She told the person who handed her the wrong meal, that she needed to speak to a manager. *The person then grabbed at a gentleman who is purported to be a manager. The manager said, “what can I help you with?” My wife tried to tell him about our problem.*Being a bit upset about waiting in her car over an hour, she replied that “my husband called in an order…” at that time the purported manager snapped at her say “you can’t call in an order.” My wife tried to explain to him that she spoke to a young lady over an hour ago who also spoke to me. The McDonald cashier was extremely nice and was concerned that the order may have been sent to the front window in the restaurant. The “manager” said that “all orders coming into McDonald's come in through the “little computer,” he touched something, however, we do not know what he did.*All my wife wanted to share our problem with the “Manager” with hopes that he could track it down and complete the process. Unfortunately, having the anger help her was a hope quickly and abruptly dashed almost before it started. *The “discussion” ended rather abruptly Manager when the “manager” said, “I don’t have time for this kind of nonsense, I am a busy man.” After making this remark, my wife lost what was left of her temper tossed the Coke that was given to her in error by the girl at the window. *Our complete order number is KW********* it is more than disappointing that your system does not work, or that your Managers and staff are not trained adequately in the use of this system and handling the public who without your doors close.*As of this moment, we can only assume that the McDonald’s computer took our money ($**.**) took our time (from *:** p.m. until sometime after *:** p.m. because of the incompetence of the local manager who does not have time to pick up a phone or talk to his customers we lost our money, our temper, and faith that McDonald’s at least tries to do right by their customer base. *After this less than sterling experience, she drove to Jack in the Box where we ordered similar food, without waiting.*We have been a loyal member of McDonald’s all over the United States. We have never had an experience similar to this. I would like to think that McDonald’s would take some remedial training, however, we will not be going back to this location until and unless we are advised that the training for management staff has taken place.
No idea, seemed as if the Manager really did not care.
Give me my money back - we will never use your online produce again.
We have been going to this McDonald's since they opened. We always go to the drive-in window.
We tried to speak to the Manger at the time of the event. In this case, the Manager exasperated the situation.
