The issue in GetHuman-billrode's own words
I'm not a big eater so after waiting in line about * minutes I ordered a hamburger and small fry. I was only owed $*.** but they were out of pennies so I didn't get my change or receipt. After another ** minutes I asked for my food mind you just a hamburger and Fry to find out that they gave it to somebody else. I ask for the manager but she was too busy at the drive-thru because they were mixing orders up. Still waiting for my food ,change, receipt* the manager came to the counter and ask what was the problem. I said I've been waiting around ** minutes for a hamburger and french fry, I didn't get my change either. Even though it was only $*.** . She said $*.** really so I said give me a nickel $*.** really. So she asked let me see your receipt and I said I was never given one nor my change. And into this ** minutes now no food either. Someone brought a bag with my burger and Fry and she opens the drawer threw a quarter at me and said keep the change. So I pushed the bag back to her and said I want my money back and you can give the hamburger to one of the homeless standing outside. She denied my money and offered a drink. Biting my tongue I turned around and walked out no food no money no apologies. There were other customers ahead of me and behind me disgruntled as well. I walked back in and said this is the worst experience I have had anytime anywhere in my life. I said as a manager you should be ashamed. So no longer will I be stopping for a Big Mac anything's such with a Mc in front of it. Sorry to say!! And as far as what I would like to have done about it I think I'll leave that in your hands to your discretion cuz I wouldn't even know how to answer. Thank you and sorry again
