The issue in GetHuman-hanfitz's own words
I placed a mobile order(********), and immediately tried to cancel it because my family's route changed. Unfortunately I couldn't so instead I deleted the app in hopes that would be good enough. The order still went through even though I was unable to pick it up. I notified my bank to dispute the charge but they told me I would have to contact the actual restaurant. I called that McDonalds (CHGO-KEDZIE and WILSON) the next day (********) but was told I would need to call back later in the week when a manager was available. I called back today and was treated horribly. The man I spoke to (Honorio Brito) accused me of lying about the order, about my previous phone call, and my phone call to the bank. When I began to give him proof he yelled at me and wouldn't let me speak. I have never come across such bad service in my entire life.

GetHuman-hanfitz did not yet indicate what McDonald's should do to make this right.
