My McAfee LiveSafe subscription is active until 02/21/[redacted]. I made sure to opt out of auto-renewal as I believe renewing two months in advance is unnecessary. I previously contacted your customer service to explain that I disagree with the significant increase in the renewal fee compared to my initial payment. I prefer to make the renewal decision closer to the expiration date, not now. Despite my explicit choice to opt out of auto-renewal, a charge of 89.99 stg has been deducted from my account. I kindly request an immediate refund of this amount.

I make my payments through a pre-approved PayPal payment for my dues. My last payment of £89.99 was processed on October 25, [redacted]. However, upon returning home for Christmas, I discovered that your site is indicating my dues as expired. To address this, I made another payment of £99.99 on December 24, [redacted], also via PayPal. Despite this, my screen still shows my McAfee subscription as expired. I attempted to activate my antivirus that I bought at PC Currys in Jervis Street, Dublin, for €99. As I was activating it, an automatic antivirus subscription popped up on my screen. Although I managed to close it, I later received an email stating that I had signed up for the subscription, which I do not want. I previously had a similar issue with another computer, where I tried to cancel the subscription but was unsuccessful. Currently, my credit card is being charged annually for a computer I no longer have. Could you please halt the annual charge for both the previous computer and the current laptop? I would appreciate a prompt response.

I have been a loyal McAfee user for 14 years. In the last six months, I have been encountering an issue with a specific program being repeatedly quarantined by the real-time scanner. Despite my efforts to restore the program, there isn't enough time to mark it as a trusted file before it gets quarantined again. Unfortunately, disabling real-time scanning doesn't help in trusting the file either. To bypass this problem, I have been forced to temporarily disable real-time scanning, restore the file, and run the program without protection for the past six months. I have attempted to reach out through live chat, but the page appears to hang indefinitely. Additionally, I noticed a significant amount of data transfer during these attempts. I have also emailed customer service multiple times regarding this urgent matter, but have yet to receive a response. As the issue has now affected another program, I urgently require assistance from McAfee.

I received multiple notifications from McAfee yesterday indicating I lacked protection. Hence, I signed up for the $39.99 package, but encountered a [redacted] error when attempting to download it. I discovered that I already have active Norton protection, rendering the McAfee purchase unnecessary. I have tried contacting you ten times to address the issue but have received no response, resulting in my account being pending. I am unable to secure a refund or speak with anyone about this. I am frustrated that your company is unresponsive but requests communication via text or email. I feel deceived and violated by your interference with my computer for three consecutive days. Your misleading messages warning against leaving devices unprotected are disingenuous and unprofessional.

They helped with the installation but charged me £[redacted]. During the process, they identified serious issues on my computer that needed immediate fixing prior to installation. Feeling pressured, I proceeded as they mentioned the urgency due to the activated product key. They also said the £[redacted] includes four years of McAfee cover. Yesterday, I had an issue installing McAfee on my new home PC. I was directed to call an [redacted] number on the website for help. The company, Comptrue Services, claimed to be acting on behalf of McAfee. They charged me £[redacted] to complete the installation after finding serious issues on my computer. Despite my initial reluctance and suspicion, they insisted on immediate action since I had already activated the product key. They mentioned the £[redacted] fee included four years of McAfee cover. However, the paperwork they provided seems unclear. I seek confirmation that Comptrue Services are indeed your agents, the transaction is legitimate, and I will receive the services I paid for. I recently purchased a new Total Protection subscription for my laptop. I am attempting to install it on my phone, but when I click the install link, it only shows my old subscription. I tried uninstalling the previous one, but I encountered issues and had to log back in. Should I wait until my old subscription expires on Tuesday before installing the new one, or is there a way to update it without being locked out of my phone?

I would like to cancel my McAfee subscription that auto-renewed without my consent since I had already decided to go with my IT provider for services. Hello McAfee Team, We ordered and paid for McAfee LiveSafe on 27.04.[redacted] via bank transfer. It is frustrating that we still do not have access to full protection. In this modern age, the delay seems unprofessional and not very reliable. We are eager to know when our computers will be protected and we can access the service. If we cannot have protection by Friday, 08.05., we will reconsider our choice and probably not recommend McAfee to others. Other competitors like G-Data seem to handle this process better, avoiding unnecessary delays with customer payments. We hope to hear from you soon!

I wanted to cancel my renewal for this year, but apparently I have exceeded the 90-day refund period. I'm not happy with this situation, so I cancelled the automatic renewal from PayPal. The reason I am late canceling is that my email address was misspelled as [redacted] instead of [redacted], causing issues with access. I have created a new account with my correct email, [redacted], but it hasn't resolved the problem. I am frustrated as this same issue occurred last year, and I am now unintentionally signed up for another year. I believe I am only 84 days late (since March 7th) in requesting a refund, still within the 90-day limit. Can you review the records and confirm if a refund is possible this year? I renewed my McAfee Total Protection subscription on 17.7.[redacted], expecting the expiry date to be extended to 17.7.[redacted] as in previous renewals. However, the software has started a new contract from 20.6.[redacted] to 20.6.[redacted], leaving me with two active subscriptions for the same product. My other devices still show the old expiry date of 17.7.[redacted], and I am concerned about having to install the new subscription on them, losing almost a month of coverage. I would like the original contract's expiry date extended and assurance that this will be reflected on my other devices to avoid additional installations.

I recently purchased the Total Protection plan but have been experiencing recurring issues with the VPN connection. Despite multiple attempts with your tech support team, the problem persists. They have tried various solutions, including reinstalling the program and updating Windows, to no avail. On one occasion, I was even advised to switch to Safe Connect due to ongoing problems with the VPN service. The software also seems to be very slow, taking hours to run scans and showing no progress when checking for updates. I invested in McAfee in good faith in June, but considering the reliability issues, I may explore other options like Norton [redacted] offered by my cable provider. Unfortunately, unless these issues are resolved satisfactorily, I do not plan to renew my McAfee subscription next year and will warn others based on my experience.

For the past 8 months, my phones have been compromised. After a 6-month investigation, Google was cleared of any wrongdoing in the leaks that led to this situation. Despite keeping detailed records, screenshots, and changing from T-Mobile to Boost, the issue persists. As a programmer, I noticed unauthorized charges on both my Visa and Mastercard, with one showing a $[redacted] Cyber Security purchase. This has impacted my husband, who recently suffered two strokes. The loss of medical insurance due to the pandemic has made seeking proper treatment challenging. Our smart devices have also been affected, and our financial stability is at risk. I am now looking to pursue legal action for the pain and suffering caused by these breaches. My McAfee subscription was automatically renewed on 10/03/[redacted] for a yearly service starting on 11/04/[redacted]. A charge of $86.59 was made to my credit card on that date with McAfee receipt # CS[redacted]. Shortly after, my computer crashed and was replaced by a new PC. In the process of transferring my McAfee subscription and payment to the new computer, I accidentally acquired a new Live Safe McAfee subscription scheduled to begin on 11/14/[redacted], with a new charge pending on my credit card. I do not require this new subscription and request its cancellation, along with the associated charges. I would like to retain the original subscription that has already been paid for. Subject: Help Needed with MacAfee Issues I've been facing difficulties with MacAfee, and reaching out to their customer service has been frustrating. I switched from Norton, hoping for better service, but I'm encountering problems. Ever since installing MacAfee, a black box keeps appearing on my screen, and my computer's speed has decreased. Even though MacAfee was supposed to remove Norton during installation, it seems to still be present. I'm considering switching back to Norton because of these issues. I received a notification that my account contract was renewed automatically. I do not wish to renew the contract again. I did not receive any communication from you informing me about the renewal. I do not need the service as I do not have a device to use it. I would appreciate a refund. The receipt number is PLZ[redacted]93 and another number is 50K[redacted]734Y. My email is [redacted] Please cancel the transaction and refund the money as my current financial situation is not the best due to the impact of COVID, and I never chose the option for automatic updates. I'm experiencing issues with the total protection on my three computers. I'm struggling to understand how to fix the problems. I would appreciate some guidance on how to resolve this. On my first computer, JamesL50, it is protected. On the other two computers, one is marked as trusted and the other as untrusted. I'm unable to get the trusted status on these two computers. On my second computer, Eqeg, it is protected, but the other two are marked as untrusted. On my third computer, NoKu, I see that JamesL50 and Eqeg are untrusted. The homepage displays two instances of JamesL50 being protected. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue. Thank you.
