I have on a number of occasions requested that the subscription for the McAfee LiveSafe Order PL********** for $***.** be cancelled and a refund be made.I am a Pensioner and I do not accept that my subscriptions are taken out of my account one month before the the expiry date being *******. Your reply to me after switching off auto renewal has only been, have you fixed this problem up.*It would seem to me that by not saying "Yes" to the auto renewal meant that I did not want to renew the contract.*Please take this notice as the final notice that I wish to cancel the contract as at ******* and a refund of $***.** be paid into my account asap.*It is hoped that a reply from McAfee be made before I take further action with regard cancellation and refund.
