Hi McAfee, I bought a subscription card a year ago (I bought two at the same time in Currys Crawley on promotion). The first one I activated lasy year, and it is about to expire. The second one I scratched off the foil this evening to reveal the ** digit code to renew online. BUT the first three digits of the code rubbed off with the foil! I have raised a request for help: Your Ref **********. And I have sent photos of the card showing all the codes on it and the damaged code strip, via the POP link. I don't have a receipt for the purchase as it was over a year ago, but it was bought on the same day and at the same store as the card I activated on my account last year, so hopefully that together with the ** digits I can provide, will help you identify the card.
