The issue in GetHuman-dbui's own words
I was trying to ask why my re-newal was charged $**.* WITHOUT get my agreement? ... My account was expired by Jan-**-****. Last time, a Supporter asked to re-new with sale off $**.* and I agreed. Today, no-one asked me if I agreed or not, In fact, I only re-new with the same cost last year ($**.*) - You can see the history track. BUT,today, the system is au-to re-new without my permission. The system has charged me $**.*. It does NOT ACCEPT for me now. Please review and give some advice before I could have more actions next steps**I suggest * options**- please refund back me $**.***- expend the expired date to **-Jan-******Please review and give advice
