Dear Mazda manager and customer service responsible**I bought a Mazda * (JM*BM**Z*G*******) almost * years and * months ago from Tunisian dealer (ECONOMIC AUTO). All the services are in order at Mazda dealer ECONOMIC AUTO (Ben Arous, Tunisie).**The car is used by my wife to drive from Bizerte to Tunis (**km) every day. It runs smoothly with the speed limiter at ***km*h (motorway).***- During the service of ** *** -*** *** kilometers, the technician informed my wife that the car had consumed oil and recommended that she control the consumption of oil. (My wife didn’t make "a claim", she didn’t know, I didn’t know either. We thought it was automatic. We thought that in the Mazda connected network, this finding will be recorded in the car tracking sheet and transmitted to the managers, but that was not the case…)* **- After **** km, the engine oil level is reduced by **%. I took the car to ECONOMIC AUTO Ben Arous. The same technician took charge of the car, without recording (again), to check the presence of leak, without finding anything. He proposed adding a post-emptying additive and monitoring the oil level daily to check if the problem persists.***- After about **** km (Total *** *** km) the car was really empty of oil (only *mm from the control gauge). I added * litre of *W*** oil (as suggested by the Mazda technician) and brought the car a second time to Mazda dealer (ECONOMIC AUTO). I recorded the car this time for abnormal oil consumption and contacted the chief engineer. He explained to me that there is no oil leak and he has never seen a Mazda * engine do this phenomenon before. Again, they added oil and He asked me to control the oil consumption and bring the car back without adding any oil.***- After **** km (*** ***km) I took the car for the third time after consuming * of the oil reserve. Technicians haven’t noticed anything unusual and no oil leakage, and it’s getting very complicated for me. An engine opening may be needed!!**- The after-sales service refused to take over my car saying that the first claim for abnormal decrease in engine oil was made at ***,*** km (after warranty expiry). I explained all the details and that this is exceptional, a manufacturing defect MAZDA engine is, apparently, very rare. They told me that they will contact MAZDA JAPAN to explain this claim but…without further action…*I’m in a very difficult situation. I don’t know what to do, I need the car, but I don’t have the money to fix it. Why do I have to pay for the repair of a faulty engine (a lot of money)??.**Sir, since I bought the car many colleagues (doctors) had seen it and bought also the same model because it’s a wonderful car and I was very proud.
