I am having ongoing issues with my washing machine that I bought on January 5, [redacted]. The electronic control has been replaced twice, and now it's not working again showing the F05 error code. I would like to request a free service call and any replacement parts necessary because this machine has been problematic since the beginning. I have had to reboot it multiple times since buying it. I hope that the company will stand by their product and provide me with the customer service I deserve.

I have been experiencing issues with my Maytag washer, and Rawlins Appliance in Martinez, GA has failed to honor their 30-day warranty. Despite paying a $[redacted] service call fee, the error code F H reappeared shortly after the repairs were done. The technician, who is also the owner, simply cut off a small hose and reattached it. When the problem resurfaced within a month, I scheduled another appointment for December 3rd, which the company did not honor. They have not been responsive to my calls, and their limited service range to only Maytag and Whirlpool machines is concerning. It is disappointing that this company does not seem to prioritize customer service or uphold their warranty commitments.

I requested service for my refrigerator and freezer on July 9, [redacted]. The service person arrived 12 days later and needed to order a part, taking another 3 days for the repair. It took a total of 15 days to get the refrigerator working again. During this time, we had to constantly buy ice every 1-2 days as the food wasn't staying cold. I've reached out three times about claiming $[redacted] for spoiled food, as per the policy, but haven't received any response by phone or email. I own a MaytagMVW7230HW0, a top-load HE washer that is only 6 months old. When I start the machine with a load, sometimes the agitator starts moving without water, making a loud ratcheting sound for about 5 minutes. Then, it stops and starts filling with water before washing normally. This behavior worries me because of the loud noise and the delayed filling with water at the beginning of the cycle.

I purchased a Maytag stove approximately five months ago. I've encountered an issue when trying to set a delayed start time. When attempting to input 10:00, the time jumps from 9:00 to 1:00, preventing me from setting the correct time. The dealer advised me to reach out to Maytag for assistance. I recently purchased a Maytag Brazos XL Steam MCT washer and dryer set because I've been a long-time fan of Maytag. I was drawn to the additional features like the steam function, which I thought would be great for washing throw rugs at home, saving me trips to the laundromat. However, upon using it, I realized that the washer is too deep for me to reach into comfortably, necessitating a stepstool which feels unsafe. Despite this, my biggest concern is that it's causing damage to my clothes. It's been tearing holes in my pajamas and blouses, and leaving lint balls on relatively new clothing items after just a few washes, making them look worn out prematurely. My Maytag Brava washing machine, with all its fancy features, is causing holes in my clothes. Expensive pajamas and towels, even my new Bole and Branch sheets, are not safe. Despite sorting clothes properly, the issue persists. Additionally, there's an excessive amount of lint gathering on new clothes after just a few washes. This isn't what I expected from a Maytag machine. I've always trusted the brand, but this particular machine is letting me down. It might need servicing or have a defect causing it to damage clothes.

I purchased a complete MayTag kitchen package approximately 3.5 years ago from Good Deals in Ft Myers, FL. The refrigerator has been problematic since the purchase. Initially, the defrosting element froze, and after replacement under warranty, the issue recurred despite a new door seal on the right side. The defrost cycle was reprogrammed, and a new door was ordered. Subsequently, the ice maker leaked, necessitating the order of a new printed circuit board, still pending after 8 months. Moreover, a circuit board was replaced to fix a lighting problem, and the freezer door froze shut, revealing ice encasing the back of the refrigerator. I am awaiting the perpetually back-ordered board to resolve the water dripping issue. Given the ongoing challenges, I respectfully request a replacement of the same model, ensuring proper functionality, with no additional cost. The continual issues have led me to believe the current refrigerator is subpar, and I have endured enough inconveniences already.

Since its purchase in [redacted], this washing machine has consistently underperformed. Despite three service technician visits, the issue persists with the water level during the wash cycle not being adequate to clean the laundry properly. This problem has led to the inconvenience of manually adding water with a bucket for each wash load. Furthermore, the machine appears to attempt "dry washes" without adding any water during the cycle. Despite checking the water lines for any blockages, the problem remains unresolved. The repeated failed attempts by technicians and lack of assistance from Maytag customer service have left my wife frustrated with this malfunctioning machine. I kindly request that the faulty washing machine be replaced with a reliable working one to resolve this ongoing issue.

We have encountered multiple issues with our fridge in the past month. Initially, the vegetables froze on the bottom shelf. Subsequently, the fridge was at an average temperature, but the freezer's ice melted. After contacting Customer Service, they scheduled a technician to come on Tuesday, but he never arrived, claiming he couldn't fix the fridge. Maytag promised a callback on multiple occasions, which never materialized. Eventually, a technician came, mentioning a freon leak and using a hairdryer to melt ice in the freezer. However, he indicated that further inspection and repair are needed. The fridge issue remains unresolved despite the technician's visit.

I own a Maytag washer with model number MVWC565FW1. Recently, we've been experiencing issues with it not draining water properly after the last spin cycle, accompanied by loud noises during spinning. One technician who came to inspect it mentioned a bad hub and suggested a transmission replacement. Another technician later suggested a faulty motor, potentially with the clutches or hub. Both technicians expressed dissatisfaction with this specific model of Maytag washers due to recurring problems. Upon further examination, it was found that the transmission was indeed faulty. Despite only two residents using the washer, it has only lasted 4 years. I bought a Maytag dishwasher on March 28, [redacted]. Since then, I've used it around 10 times. After the 3rd use, error codes F8, E4 showed up, indicating a leak and water in the drain pan. I didn't request service then as I didn't use it, and the error codes disappeared after a week. I used it again in February, and the error codes returned. A technician came on March 1, found a kink in the seal causing the leak, straightened it, and the error reappeared after a week. The technician returned on March 20 and said the tub needs replacing as the seal is damaged. I purchased what I thought was a new dishwasher from Best Buy and received a defective one. Maytag has refused to replace it despite the easier option of replacing the tub. How can I get a new dishwasher?

I have an ongoing warranty claim that is being handled unprofessionally. The service provider sent to my home twice failed to diagnose the issue correctly. I have a Bravo XL Power Wash system MCT that I bought on August 14, [redacted]. Recently, during the washing cycle, it has been making an incredibly loud noise, similar to an airplane taking off in my laundry room. This issue seems to be common with this model based on what I've read. Considering the 10-year manufacturer's warranty and the expectation that washers should last around 11 years, I'm concerned about this sudden problem occurring less than 9 years into owning it. I want to inform Maytag that I've been experiencing issues with our washer since May 9, [redacted]. The dealer picked it up on May 13 and returned it around May 25. However, it broke down again on June 9, and they took it back for repairs on June 12. I'm unsure when I will get it back. I have requested a replacement, but I'm uncertain if they will approve it.
