To whom it may concern, I have a Bravos MCT Maytag washer that has been problematic since day one, even though it's not yet five years old. I've spent around $[redacted] on repairs, both under warranty and out of warranty, having replaced around 6 hubs inside the tub on my own. The washer is currently stuck in the "sensing" mode, and after going through various diagnostics, it still doesn't work. I've been informed by technicians and parts suppliers that these machines are prone to issues. I am not requesting a replacement, only asking for assistance in fixing the problem. I have been experiencing issues with my Maytag Neptune TL Washer, model FAV9800AWW, where it stops with 12 minutes remaining in the spin cycle, leaving water in the tub. I, Linda Randolph, along with Morris Randolph of [redacted] Ridge Road, Wadley, AL [redacted], have been dealing with Maytag since July [redacted]. Although I have a computer, Morris does not due to his night work schedule. We bought a washer on December 26, [redacted], which broke down in July [redacted]. After a delay due to a backordered circuit board, Maytag eventually sent the part to Circle T Repair, but it was mistakenly delivered to our home instead of the shop. The service technician received the part on October 20, [redacted], but due to personal and health issues, has been unable to come and fix the washer. This has left Morris without a washer since July, causing him additional expenses and inconvenience. He insists on receiving a new machine given the extensive delay and ongoing issues. I recently had to discard a 3-year-old Maytag washer as the service company couldn't fix it. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to customer support, I only received one response. The issue stemmed from the washer being just 3 years old, having undergone 3 repairs, and then failing completely on 5/23. To add to my frustration, the customer service was severely lacking. I've shared my washer details in my initial and subsequent emails. I would appreciate it if customer service could contact me for a discussion to address the issues my wife and I faced. Hello, Yesterday we bought a Maytag dishwasher, and after installation, everything appeared to be working well. However, we encountered an issue with the top rack only sliding out a quarter of the way. It hits the fan on the ceiling of the dishwasher, preventing us from lowering the tray as intended. I recently purchased the dishwasher model MDB9959SKZ0 from LOWE’S and had it installed on May 8, [redacted]. Despite scheduling service from DIAMOND FACTORY SERVICE for error codes F9/E1, indicating a drainage issue, the problem persists after multiple visits. The technicians manually drained the unit and attempted repairs, but problems continue. Despite efforts to contact DIAMOND FACTORY SERVICE, no resolution has been achieved. MAYTAG CUSTOMER SERVICE was unhelpful in resolving the issue promptly. While a defective pump was identified and replaced, subsequent installation caused motor damage, leaving the dishwasher unusable. Parts for repair are on backorder, with no estimated arrival date provided, resulting in two months without a functioning dishwasher. I have a Maytag dryer with an extended warranty that has been replaced twice. It is extremely loud, and despite two repairmen looking at it - the first one six months ago and the second one in September - nothing has been done to fix it. The first repairman said he needed to order a part but never followed up, while the second one mentioned that these dryers typically need a replacement part. I am frustrated with the lack of action and communication from Maytag's service team. I am hoping to have my dryer fixed promptly or replaced entirely as this situation is becoming increasingly unreasonable.

I am in the appliance business and have an idea regarding dryers. What if customers could select different tones, similar to choosing a ringtone for a phone, to replace the usual harsh buzz or beep when the cycle is complete? It could be a fun feature where users pick jingles or songs, maybe even download them online. I currently own a microwave and dryer that frustrate me with their buzzer, so this change would be a welcome improvement.

We bought a Maytag Bravo washer from Lowes in Madison, Alabama in 11/2/[redacted]. Since then, we have had continuous issues with the machine, causing us to be without a working washer for weeks at a time due to delays in getting warranty service. It's frustrating to have to rely on public laundromats. I am disappointed in the quality of this product and believe that Maytag should not continue selling it. This experience has been regrettable, and I won't be purchasing from Maytag in the future.

I need to replace the motor control on my front-load washer, model MHWE200XW, serial number W[redacted]7A, purchased in Guam in May [redacted]. I believe it is still under warranty for 10 years. Hello Maytag, I purchased a BRAVOS XL washing machine 6 years ago in California and recently shipped it to Taiwan. Unfortunately, it is now making a loud and concerning noise while operating. I have reached out to the service team in Taiwan, but they do not have the necessary components to repair it and are unsure of the issue. I have recorded the sound the machine is making and would appreciate it if you could help me identify the problem. Additionally, please let me know if you have the required components available. I purchased a Maytag washer in February, and it keeps shutting off mid-cycle. Contacting customer service was a nightmare - multiple long hold times and delays in scheduling a repair. The appointment was set two weeks out, but the servicing company claimed they had no record of it, resulting in an additional 2-week wait. This level of service is unacceptable. I'm frustrated by the prolonged wait time and lack of communication. How can a warranty be meaningful if the product can't be promptly repaired? Waiting for over 6 weeks without a resolution is unacceptable. I expect reimbursement for the inconvenience of having to launder clothes elsewhere and missed work due to this issue. The lack of assistance from Maytag is disappointing. I require a phone call for a proper resolution, as emails have not proved effective.

When I start washing, the tub or basket fills with water, and then a strange grinding or rubbing noise starts when the agitator should be turning on and off during regular cycles, and it doesn't spin the clothes. I need some help identifying the parts I should repair. I know we will have to dismantle the washing machine to inspect the parts, but I require a list of the specific parts to check.

I purchased a Maytag Washer for my son on July 25th, but it broke on November 14th. The service repair technician identified a broken shifter and ordered a part, but it's on backorder. The power in my place has been flickering on and off for a couple of days. It seemed stable for a short while, then it started flickering more rapidly and eventually went out completely by morning. I noticed when I plug in the refrigerator, I can hear the ice maker flap shutting, and the interior light is functioning properly, but whenever I press a button on the control panel, it displays all 8's and doesn't respond. The model number of the Maytag refrigerator is MFI2269VEA1, and the serial number is KY[redacted]. This appliance came with the house when I purchased it two years ago.

I purchased a washer a few months ago, and I've already had a service technician come to address the issue. The washer keeps going off balance and acting erratically during wash cycles regardless of the load size or cycle selected. The repairman mentioned no error codes. We recently purchased a new Maytag washer and dryer in July. Shortly after doing 3 loads, our dishwasher started making a screeching noise every time we use it. We also bought a new fridge at the same time and needed the Geek Squad to come out over a month ago to fix it as part of our warranty on all 5 appliances. The technician identified that the washer needs a new gear box, which is surprising for a brand new appliance. A work order was created for the replacement but we haven't been updated on the progress. Best Buy wasn't able to assist and directed us to contact Maytag. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, we have been unable to get through to anyone for weeks. We are frustrated by the lack of customer service and hope to get this issue resolved promptly - either by fixing the washer or providing a replacement. It's disappointing to encounter such issues with a new machine and we believe Maytag should replace the entire unit rather than just a part like the gear box.
