Since March [redacted], the machine I purchased has been causing me some issues. Initially, during the final spin, it was not draining the clothes properly. I managed to address this by using the drain and spin cycle or hanging the clothes to dry. Later, the LF error code appeared, indicating a hose check was needed. After checking the hoses and draining them, the machine worked temporarily for about 4-5 loads before water filling issues recurred, along with the LF error code. Despite repeating the hose check, the problem persisted. Following the manual's advice, I used a cleaning tablet, but the water flow was insufficient to dissolve it. After contacting Maytag, I conducted another hose check tonight, but even after ensuring the hoses were correctly positioned, there was no incoming water. That's the current situation I'm facing with the machine.

I contacted Maytag last week to report that the washing machine I received was not functioning due to an issue with the electrical board as confirmed by a Maytag technician. Despite being assured by multiple customer service representatives that I would receive a replacement, I have not received any follow-up as promised. When I attempted to follow up today, my call was dropped after being on hold for over an hour. It is frustrating that the automated system no longer recognizes my account despite confirming it three times previously. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter promptly, as the delay is unacceptable. If you are unable to assist, please escalate this issue to your supervisor immediately.

I accidentally misplaced the door hinges and screws on my refrigerator during a move. The replacement screws alone cost $93.00, and when adding the door hinges, it totals $[redacted].00. Unfortunately, these parts are on back order with no clear timeline. This situation resulted in me having to rent a refrigerator, adding to the inconvenience and cost. Maytag's lack of available parts for something as essential as refrigerator doors is frustrating, considering the high price tag for such small components. I hope Maytag can provide an update on when the door hinges will be ready so I can remove the rented refrigerator from my dining room.

I received my new washing machine, model number MHW3505F, serial number C[redacted]5, on December 16th last year. I previously owned a Neptune Maytag front-loading washer, which cleaned clothes thoroughly. However, the new machine uses significantly less water, to the extent that clothes barely get damp. Unlike my old washer that had water at the bottom to push detergent through the clothes, this one doesn't have extra water and doesn't clean well. I believe a water level adjustment or an option to trade for a better model by paying a little extra would be a reasonable solution. Maytag, known for quality, may need to rethink this water-saving feature. Any assistance from Maytag's headquarters or technical team would be much appreciated. It appears that I am not the only one facing this issue, as clothes are coming out partially dry after wash cycles, indicating inadequate cleaning. I am disappointed with the quality of service at the Maytag Coin Laundry located at [redacted] Lime Kiln Road in Green Bay, WI. Many machines are out of order without proper signage, the washers do not effectively spin clothes dry, and the dryers do not properly dry clothing. One of the dryers even damaged my new mattress pad, leaving burn marks on the machine. When I raised my concerns to the gas station attendant on-site, they simply stated it was at my own risk. The overall cleanliness of the establishment is also lacking. This experience has made me hesitant to purchase a Maytag washer for my home. I urge Maytag to send a representative to investigate and address the issues at this laundromat before further harm is done to the company's reputation.

I have been unsuccessful finding a customer service representative to assist with my warranty inquiry despite contacting four different phone numbers. I am in the process of purchasing a Maytag AC and furnace HVAC system and need clarification on the maintenance requirements to maintain the advertised 12-year warranty. Specifically, I would like to know if entering an annual maintenance agreement is mandatory or if periodic checkups every 18 months to 2 years are sufficient. Hello, I am seeking advice regarding my Maytag Refrigerator Model # MFI2568AES, with serial number [redacted]0JN. Although the ice maker produces ice, it fails to dispense it. A technician advised that the main board needed replacement. Opting to save on costs, I procured the correct part and installed it myself. However, upon reconnection, the ice maker displayed blinking numbers and letters "PE0 [redacted]," preventing programming. An online support group suggested the new board might be faulty, so I have ordered a replacement. I have been waiting for assistance for more than a week now, and our oven has been unusable since Thanksgiving. I recently bought a Centennial Maytag washer and dryer to replace my outdated ones. Despite the rave reviews, after less than two years, my dryer stopped heating due to a faulty thermostat. I'm wondering if there is a recall for this issue. If not, I'm concerned about the recurring expense every couple of years. It's frustrating since I live alone and don't use the dryer excessively. I want to share my disappointment with Maytag. Five years ago, I bought high-end bravos washer, dryer, dishwasher, and fridge for my renovated home. Lately, I've had to replace the washer and dryer, and now the dishwasher is acting up. I won't be buying from Maytag again if products only last 5 years. I had a Maytag washer that lasted over 20 years before. It seems they've changed their designs for the worse. My dishwasher appears to need a new control panel. After a cycle, the clean light doesn't come on and it keeps beeping. When I reset it and try to select a normal cycle, the auto clean, sanitize, and 2-hour delay buttons light up instead.

I bought the Maytag 5.2-cu ft High-Efficiency Top-Load Washer with Agitator (White) from Lowes on 8/27/[redacted], along with the extended warranty. Unfortunately, I've had multiple incidents where bedding got caught under the agitator and got damaged. Despite contacting Maytag and having service technicians come out, the issue persists. The technicians mentioned that the sheets might be too thin, but this recurring problem is frustrating given the damage caused. I recently purchased a Bravos XL washer and dryer set, which is less than a week old. After running two loads, I encountered significant issues with the water levels during the cycles, impacting the cleanliness of my laundry. The first load, consisting of various towels, did not have enough water to properly wash them, and even after using vinegar, baking soda, and detergent, they did not come out fresh. The second load, a queen-sized blanket, also lacked sufficient water coverage, resulting in it being perpetually wet after multiple dryer cycles. Despite my efforts to troubleshoot, I found numerous others online facing similar problems with these machines. I am disappointed with these design flaws and overall performance, as I feel misled after choosing this set over another brand based on its reputation.

We bought a washer and dryer on 5/14/16 from Maytag due to their reputation for dependability in commercials. Unfortunately, our experience has been the opposite. We had to replace the first dryer shortly after purchase and encountered ongoing issues with both the dryer and the washer over time. The costs of repairs became excessive, almost totaling the price of new appliances. We recently purchased a Whirlpool, discovering its affiliation with Maytag, which worries me. I hope this purchase does not lead to the same problems. We regret not researching reviews earlier, as the negative feedback would have influenced our decision. We did not opt for extended warranties assuming the products would be reliable. Disappointed with the lack of dependability and misleading advertising from Maytag/Whirlpool.

After over a week of waiting for a specific part, we were informed that the wrong piece was ordered, resulting in more setbacks. This process has left our family of four without a working washing machine for three weeks. We urge for a prompt resolution to either repair or replace the appliance. I bought a Whirlpool/Maytag gas dryer and had it installed by Dead River, our local propane provider, for a fee, which has been paid. Unfortunately, the dryer was defective, making loud noises and smelling of rubber. My Maytag Bravos XL Washer, Model MVWB850YW1, purchased new in February [redacted], started leaking water from the bottom in December. I am having trouble with my washing machine as it does not seem to use enough water to clean the clothes properly. The newer energy-efficient model I have now is costing me more money and does not clean as effectively as the older machines with more water. I am frustrated with the design of the Maytag front loader. I would appreciate instructions on how to modify the machine to allow for a higher water level during the wash cycle. We purchased a Maytag top-load washer from Teppermans in Chatham, ON on December 27, [redacted]. We also bought an extended warranty for $[redacted].95. Recently, the washer started making a loud noise, and upon inspection, I discovered the agitator was broken after just a medium load, no heavy items. I contacted Walkers, and they called to inform me it was not covered, even without examining the washer. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this poor service and the disappointing warranty program.
