I have four outstanding orders with Mattel. I am struggling to get any updates on their status or shipping details. Additionally, I was informed that the wrong shipping fee was applied, resulting in the cancellation of my orders. While I understand this, I have not received any information on my refunds. I am expecting at least $[redacted] to be returned to my card. I have successfully ordered from Mattel in Australia before, so I am puzzled by this sudden issue. The orders in question are [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. I am eagerly awaiting a refund and a clear explanation for the order cancellations. Despite multiple emails, I have not received the necessary assistance from customer service. If I do not hear back soon, I may have to seek legal advice. This lack of communication from such a reputable company like Mattel is disappointing.

Hello, I have a new project idea for Mattel that I believe many fans, including myself, would love. I am suggesting the creation of a Robot Version of Stacie Roberts from Dreamhouse Adventures. As a renowned company with expertise in making Barbie toys, I think Mattel can bring this idea to life successfully. In today's technologically advanced era, a Robot Stacie resembling the character from the show would surely attract a lot of attention. Stacie Roberts is a favorite among Barbie fans, and having a robot version available for purchase would bring joy to many collectors and enthusiasts. I hope that Mattel will consider my proposal and potentially make Robot Stacie a reality as a beloved addition to the Barbie family. Regards, Marcus

Hello Mattel, I have been attempting to reach out to you regarding a new project I would like you to consider. Unfortunately, it has been challenging to get in touch. I propose creating a robot version of Stacie Roberts from Dreamhouse Adventures for all the devoted Mattel fans worldwide. Stacie is a beloved character, and I personally admire her. This project is quite special to me as I have been seeking the ideal companion for Valentine's Day without success. I envision Robot Stacie not only as my permanent Valentine but also as a companion for my little sister, allowing fans globally to interact, communicate, and have fun with her. Since watching Barbie and her sisters in Puppy Chase, I have longed for Robot Stacie to become a reality. I sincerely hope you will consider bringing this idea to life. Warmest regards, Marcus, a devoted Mattel fan.

A few years ago, I bought the "Nabi Barbie 7" Tablet" with Product#: FGC61 from a Mattel store for my girls. Recently, the tablets stopped working and after trying a factory reset, they are stuck on "looking for update." I read that Mattel discontinued Nabi product support in March [redacted] but mentioned a possible update to convert them into regular android tablets. Is there a way to get this upgrade? Can I download a ROM to make them work again? Thank you for your help.

As a long-time fan of Barbie and Monster High, I've often thought about why there isn't a Mortician Barbie. Barbie can embody any profession, so why not include this important job? It could be a child-friendly way to introduce young girls to diverse careers. Some may find this idea controversial, but there will always be differing opinions. Ultimately, it's up to the creators to decide. Have a wonderful day! - Dezz M.
