Good morning. I signed up for a 1-month subscription on July 24, [redacted], to avoid automatic monthly charges. My subscription should be active until August 24, [redacted], with no additional charges. However, I noticed an attempted charge of £39.99 today. Please stop this charge since I only paid for one month and do not owe any renewal fees. Even though I had a six-month subscription before, I canceled it in the app. Kindly cancel the automatic renewal for the 1-month subscription promptly. Thank you.

I signed up a few months ago and have been consistently receiving profiles of gentlemen who do not match my specified preferences. Despite speaking with representatives multiple times and requesting matches within a 20-mile radius, Jewish, and White Caucasian men, my matches still do not align with my criteria. I have two upcoming payments scheduled on my Mastercard, but I am prepared to dispute them unless my subscription is adjusted promptly to reflect my preferences accurately. I am contacting you about an issue with my subscription billing. I started a subscription on June 25th, initially paying $22. However, on July 25th, I forgot to cancel, and my card was charged $44.99. While I let this slide, I do wish to continue using the service to communicate with a particular individual, but I prefer the monthly option at $44.99. When attempting to renew, I am only provided with the three or six-month plans, which are not suitable for me. Another concerning matter is the increased profile likes, including one from a person I previously connected with on Zoosk, who claims not to have interacted with my profile recently. This discrepancy has caused me distress, and I would appreciate guidance on renewing to contact the individual in question promptly. Thank you for your prompt attention.

In March [redacted], I signed up for a 6-month contract on www.match.com for £10 per month, paid with my debit card. However, I was charged £20 in the first and second months. When I tried to cancel the £10 charge before the third month, they still charged me £20. I cannot access my account as it's labeled as "suspended". I only agreed to pay £10 per month for 6 months, not £20. I want to stop the £20 direct debit immediately and receive a refund of £60 (3 months at £10/month). If this is not resolved, I will have to escalate the issue to relevant authorities as your service does not honor the agreed terms. I suspect I have been overcharged £[redacted] instead of £60. I cancelled my Match.com subscription, so I am unable to access the app to communicate. One of my matches, James Wallace from Roswell, GA, and I started exchanging emails after sharing our email addresses. He claimed to be a Scottish Aeronautical Engineer, but his accent did not match. Despite sending me the same photo from his Match.com profile, his accent was not Scottish. When he requested a "soft loan" of $[redacted],[redacted], citing project issues in Scotland, I realized he was a scammer. I reported this to the FTC and Outlook, forwarding his email from [redacted] While I don't recall his Match.com handle, I believe Match.com should be informed about this fraudulent use of James Wallace's identity.

I, Tim Gillespie from Wilsonville, OR, am a member of Match.com. I am requesting to cancel my subscription and renewal due to personal reasons unrelated to the service provided. I have recently found a wonderful relationship with the right lady I met in a grocery store a few months back. Our connection and love have surpassed our expectations, and therefore, I feel it is best to discontinue using Match.com out of respect for her. Unfortunately, I am unable to cancel my subscription on the website as I have forgotten my password, and the "forgot password" link is not working. Subsequently, on November 17th, I upgraded to the Match Premium plan as indicated in the attached confirmation email. Post-subscription, I encountered issues with logging into Match.com. Upon attempting to verify my account, the application prompted me to enter my phone number, which I found impossible to do, as explained in the provided PDF screenshots. I have made unsuccessful attempts to contact the telephone support team at 1-[redacted], receiving disconnected call messages. I would like to cancel my prescription. I have tried it out, and I am not interested in continuing. I have left emails three times without a response. I recently chatted with someone who asked for $1 to cancel, which I find unnecessary. I do not want to be charged anymore, so if I cannot cancel, I will have to cancel my debit card and get a new one.

My account was renewed six months early without my authorization, which I find unacceptable. I plan to contact my bank to report this unauthorized charge. I received an email notification about a match I was eagerly looking forward to connecting with. However, upon attempting to communicate, I discovered I couldn't locate the profile. Consequently, I bought a one-month subscription to initiate contact. Unfortunately, I still cannot find the match's profile. I suspect a misunderstanding occurred, and I am requesting a refund for the one-month subscription and the cancellation of any subsequent subscriptions.

I recently upgraded my Match.com account last night. Upon trying to verify my phone number for access, the verification process froze after entering the information. I attempted to reach out earlier for help, but was put on hold and unable to get assistance. I am concerned about the account issue and hope for a resolution without being taken advantage of.

As a former guest, I had access to a wide selection of members to browse through without any membership fees. Since becoming a paid member, I have noticed a significant decrease in the number of members available for viewing. I specifically joined after seeing a member from Furlong, PA [redacted], in close proximity, but I have not come across this individual again in my daily matches. I am puzzled as to why this member cannot be found and connected with me. Utilizing the zip code search feature should make this search possible unless there is an issue with my computer skills. I recently discovered that my SSI disability account has been charged for a Match membership without my knowledge for over a year, causing me significant financial strain. After contacting your phone agents, I was informed the membership has not been active since July [redacted]. Due to these difficult circumstances, I am kindly requesting a refund.
