I recently experienced an unexpected termination from my account without any explanation. The only action I can recall is responding to a negative message from a female user in a respectful manner. This is the first time something like this has happened to me since I joined the website in [redacted], using it on and off until receiving the termination notice on 8/10/[redacted]. I believe it is unfair to be terminated without any prior warning, especially considering my long history with the platform. I am disappointed to see that the possibility of reapplying also leads to automatic termination. I believe Match may have a new tactic of charging customers 1 Euro, even though we've already paid for services. I purchased a 6-month membership in California in May [redacted], then traveled to Rome, Italy in July without making changes to my devices. When I recently attempted to log in from Rome, I encountered errors and couldn't reach Match by phone. I sought assistance online, only to be directed to a page asking for 1 Euro to access my account, which I've already paid for. It seems concerning if everyone has to pay this fee just to log in.

I recently experienced unauthorized access to my bank account allegedly from a representative of Match. The individual insisted I purchase $1,[redacted] in Apple gift cards, claiming the money was a deposit from Match and needed for cancellation. When I mentioned contacting my bank, he made multiple unsuccessful attempts to access my account, causing me to notify my bank promptly and change all my information. The bank confirmed this was an account takeover attempt and suggested filing a police report. Please refrain from directing me to any money apps for help as this situation is a scam. Kindly delete my account without delay.

Around a week ago, I received a notification from Match saying that Sara had messaged me along with 6 other messages waiting for me. I decided to sign up for a one-month membership a few days ago at a discounted rate of $23. After messaging Sara and not receiving a response, I couldn't find any messages in my inbox as promised. I suspect Match may have misled me with a fake message and false notifications. I request to cancel my membership, refund the payment made with my Discover card, and provide confirmation via email. If this isn't resolved, I may have to involve Discover to dispute the charge due to suspected fraud.

I was charged double, and after speaking with customer service on the phone today, they agreed to refund me $[redacted]. However, during the process of depositing the refund into my account, there was a mistake where I received $[redacted] instead of $70. I was asked to return the overpayment immediately, which was not possible as I was at work. Unfortunately, the whole amount was taken back, and I did not receive the $[redacted] refund as promised. I am very frustrated by this situation. I would appreciate it if the $[redacted] refund could be processed via Zelle into my Bank of America account. Kindly cancel my subscription as well.

I have been a victim of a cybercrime that has deeply impacted me and emptied my bank account. This situation has caused severe distress as I had to buy a new iPhone due to security concerns raised by a tech consultant. Additionally, I've incurred expenses for an identity alert service. My bank is hesitant to reimburse the substantial amount stolen. Amid this crisis, I've faced challenges for two weeks. I have encountered ongoing issues with Match. Unauthorized weekly charges have been deducted from my account, and upon checking the website, I have noticed that some profiles appear distorted. In May, two unauthorized charges of £19.99 each were deducted on the 15th and 21st. This recurring problem has also happened in previous months like April, March, February, and January, as well as in the previous year. I demand a full reimbursement for all these unauthorized transactions and request the cancellation of any future charges. I currently have a six-month subscription with your program, but for the past five days, I've encountered issues. Whenever I click on something, a page pops up asking me to update or make a purchase. Then, sometimes, another page appears prompting me to boost. Due to these issues, I've missed messages from people trying to reach out to me. It's frustrating not being able to communicate properly. I have been a loyal member for a significant period and have recently been frustrated by frequent requests to confirm my account. After contacting customer service and speaking with a supervisor, my concerns were misunderstood. Despite being repeatedly asked if I wished to cancel my account and receive a refund, I clearly stated that I did not want to proceed with the cancellation. I have been a respectful and courteous customer, never facing any complaints. I am currently engaged in meaningful conversations with multiple individuals, and it is vital for both myself and them to continue these connections. I urge you to rectify this error promptly. I firmly believe there must have been a misunderstanding, and I would appreciate a phone call to resolve this issue and reinstate my account. I reiterated my refusal to cancel my account several times during the conversation.

I have been a member of Match Dating for less than a month. This morning, I woke up to a ban, which has been happening since day one. I've had nothing but trouble with them. Initially, they blurred all my texts, making them unreadable and harassed me. They even put up profiles of men who don't speak at all and have been blocking me after getting me interested. It's like a game to them. I recently discovered I am ill and want to cancel, but they make it impossible. I feel stressed, which is the last thing I need. One day, I got upset and made inappropriate comments to a man they tricked me into talking to. Now, I've been blocked. They seem to be only interested in keeping my money. I want out of the contract I paid in full. I contacted two numbers they provided to get my money back, but they were for different agencies and were unhelpful. It's a frustrating situation that has left me feeling down.

The new system for accessing my match.com account is ridiculously frustrating and extremely difficult. Whoever came up with this idea should be let go immediately. Trying to find the dice that add up to 14 on 10 different tries is beyond comprehension. I have been unable to access my account for two days due to the complexity of this new security system.

I signed up for a plan six months ago that included a promotion for an additional six months free. This offer was provided when I wanted to cancel due to technical issues. I did not authorize auto-pay, but my account was charged for a 12-month renewal sooner than expected. I emailed them immediately requesting either the extra six months promised or a refund for the full 12 months. I recently canceled my Match.com subscription renewal the day before it was scheduled to renew. I am dissatisfied with the platform as I have not had any success with dates or interesting interactions. I need a refund of the $[redacted] they are charging me. On Saturday, 10/30, I received an email on my iPhone from Match.com that included pictures of several potential women matches, including one named "Fauci" from Ojai who is 73 years old. However, when I attempted to send her a message, the entire email from Match disappeared, and I have not been able to retrieve it. I am reaching out because I am keen to connect with her. I recall seeing lengthy Match email addresses associated with women in emails I have received before, allowing me to contact them. Yet, to get in touch with her, I require access to her picture and profile. Can someone assist me in finding a way to contact her? I am very disappointed with my experience on match.com. Twenty years ago, I met someone on the site which led to a relationship. However, after being a member for 12 months, I am frustrated by the extra charges for various features. As a premium member, I expect better visibility without additional costs. Unfortunately, I have not had any success in meeting people I am interested in. The ones who catch my eye either do not respond or are too far away. On the other hand, some interested individuals are non-paying members, requiring me to pay extra for them to interact with me. This situation is unacceptable. I demand a full refund as this system does not work for me, and if not resolved, I will seek other options.
