The issue in GetHuman-paulveq's own words
When asked to verify my account with my phone number I am disallowed. This may be a result of having been hacked with my first Match.com profile. I changed my email and when doing so I canceled the original profile and redid my profile effectively creating another account. Well I did not know Match keeps all account data and when my new account was registered with the same telephone the interpreted this as having two accounts for the same person a violation of their terms. I have since called customer service * timer which was escalated to supervisors. No response
GetHuman-paulveq did not yet indicate what Match.com should do to make this right.
