I have called the match.com customer service number several times ***********, NO ONE answers ANY of the options. I have sent several text msgs thru the match.com account settings. I have not gotten a response. I signed up for the Free and then the * month subscription on November **, ****. I get a response that said “thank you for your PREMIUM membership”. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THE PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP!!! I have canceled, blocked and deleted that profile and I want a REFUND!!!
