Hello, I want to bring awareness to a user named Greg Voss. He frequently uses various email addresses and is active on multiple dating sites. Greg has been found on Match and Meetville without putting up a picture. Although he uses his real information on certain profiles, he also creates fake accounts. Greg is known to be a sex addict and engages in chatting through dating sites, chat rooms, and video chatting apps to watch women. He uses text apps and burner numbers to communicate with women, often targeting those aged 18-25. Despite being 39 years old with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, Greg manipulates women by portraying himself as sweet and romantic, gaining sympathy by sharing stories about his ex. Please take action against him. His real name is Gregory Voss, and he is employed at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, residing in Adamsville, Alabama. You can reach him at [redacted] or through some of his email addresses: [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted]

Hello, I'm a new user who signed up recently but got unexpectedly logged out of my account and am unable to log back in. I'm unsure why my account was deleted as I just created it, and this has now happened twice in a day. I had assistance from Kat to reinstate my profile, only for it to be deleted again shortly after. I haven't violated any terms such as solicitation, scams, harassment, or sharing explicit content. It's frustrating because I was enjoying conversations with people I found interesting. I'd appreciate an explanation for these repeated deletions, as I wish to continue using the service without feeling unfairly treated.

I have been using Match for about a week now. Initially, I received some matches, likes, and a message, but after the first day, there has been zero activity. I have been a Match user on and off for 20 years. I work in the Arts and am not interested in someone who is a drinker, doesn't respect my schedule, belittles my profession, or has undisclosed multiple relationships. It seems like perhaps this platform may not be the right fit for me. I understand that I am 69 years old now. In the past, I received more attention when I was 49, albeit from individuals primarily interested in kayaking. Currently, I am active in performances at The Kennedy Center and singing at DC Jazz Clubs. I am considering searching for a partner with a deeper connection in NYC. I am uninterested in being with a DC lawyer or engineer. I feel disappointed by the lack of any activity and would appreciate a refund. Kindly refrain from suggesting I revise my profile; I am clear about my preferences and desires.

Hello, I created a profile on match.com back in February with photos but never activated it as I wasn't ready. I was trying to figure out if I could join anonymously without my profile being public. On Plenty of Fish, you can message selected people, and not everyone sees your profile. I tried calling many times without success, finally reaching someone who blocked access to my profile. A friend mentioned seeing my profile on the site's first page, which I did not authorize as I'm not a member and requested my profile removal. Concerned that despite my inactivity, some may have messaged me assuming I ignored them, tarnishing my image. I want a resolution promptly. My contact number is [redacted]. Thank you.

Hello, As a new member of Match.com, I subscribed for a 6-month plan last week. Recently, I connected with another member, but after some suspicious behavior, I realized they were not who they claimed to be. I reported the user, and Match subsequently deleted their profile. However, my own profile has also been cancelled, and I'm unable to access it. It appears that my profile has been labeled negatively on Match's platform. I reached out to Match for assistance yesterday but haven't received a response yet. I've only been a member for 8 days and already paid for a 6-month membership. I simply want to regain access to my account and continue using Match as a genuine user. Being labeled negatively is distressing; please help me rectify this situation. Thank you, Aneesha

I recently signed up for a six-month premium membership. When trying to read messages from other users, I noticed all my photos disappeared. I had to re-upload them as if someone tampered with my account. Although my profile says "premium," the site keeps prompting me to upgrade. At first, I could message other users without issues, but now I'm unable to do anything. The situation made me concerned about the security of my account as it felt like I was back on a free trial instead of a paid membership. I considered canceling my subscription as I wasn't sure if there was unauthorized access to my account. It's frustrating as I was enjoying interacting with some users before everything became strange and unsettling.

I am in desperate need of the refund to pay essential bills. Please reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] to assist me with this matter promptly. Thank you for your understanding and timely response. -Nicole S.

I am having trouble uploading two photos from my phone to my profile page on match.com. It seems I can't access my profile unless I try to message someone and I'm prompted to upload a photo. My phone appears to be locked, making it difficult and costly to unlock it. I have attempted to transfer the photos to my MacBookAir without success, likely due to the locked phone. If you could provide me with a link to email the photos for you to upload - Photo #1 for primary and Photo #2 for secondary - it would greatly help me. I am finding this process overwhelming, and I only have recent photos on my iPhone that I want to use. I really hope you can assist me with this. Thank you, Alison.

I want to make everyone aware of a user named Greg Voss. He is unwell and uses various email addresses on numerous dating sites not just in the US. Greg usually doesn't upload a picture, but we have found him on Match and Meetville. He has both real and fake accounts on these sites. Greg is addicted to sex and frequents dating sites, chat rooms, and video chatting apps to watch women. He uses texting and burner apps to obtain different numbers and manipulates women into sending him pictures. Despite being 39 with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, he targets women aged 18-25. Greg pretends to be sweet, romantic, and victimized by his ex to win sympathy before engaging in sexting. He sends misleading pictures and then disappears once exposed. His real name is Gregory Voss, and he works at Big Number One Motorsports in Homewood, Alabama, residing in Adamsville, Alabama. I opened a new Match account last Friday evening after my previous one got blocked. I was expecting an email today from your security team confirming the unblocking, but I haven't received it yet. When I called customer service today, I was surprised to hear that an old Match account from [redacted] still has charge records on it, even though I no longer use or have access to it. It's frustrating that my new account got blocked along with the old one. I was promised access to my new account again today, and I really just want it unblocked without any further problems or confusion. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Omar. I am reaching out to request my issue be escalated to CEO Shar Dubey. I have been a Match subscriber since May 3rd, and twice I have been matched with women who haven't reciprocated interest. Specifically, I am currently dealing with a lack of response from a member named Ms. Rene, aged 49 from Pearland. Despite reaching out to her concerning our match, I have not received any replies. In my three months on Match, I've observed limitations in communication options between members, such as not having a notepad feature for casual conversation or questions. This has led to me feeling ignored and mistreated by Ms. Rene after investing time and money into finding her. I feel frustrated and unheard in this situation. My name is Mr. Omar Villegas.

I recently contacted your customer service team and sent an email indicating my intention not to renew my membership starting from July 28th. I made this request about two weeks ago. I am very dissatisfied with your service as I have been unable to login or talk to anyone on your website. I have not seen any results and despite asking not to receive any more emails, I continue to get subscription requests. I demand that my subscription be canceled, and I am seeking a refund. I will be contacting my bank today to dispute the charge. I insist on being refunded promptly and request to cease any further communication from Match. If this matter is not resolved, I will escalate it to the Better Business Bureau. The customer service experience is frustrating and leaves a lot to be desired. I expect a swift resolution and confirmation of my refund. Thank you.

I am requesting a refund for my 6-month paid subscription promptly because the website is deceiving. Many men are using old photos from years ago as their main profile picture, leading to uncomfortable and stressful situations like a recent dinner date. The experience has been unfair as I have been honest and up-to-date with my photos. Additionally, I have received inappropriate messages about sex and vibrators from some users, which is unacceptable. The matches I see are often outside my 50-mile distance preference, and many of them are not appealing or even unsettling. I am completely dissatisfied with the service and would like a refund processed on my credit card as soon as possible. I refuse to tolerate this kind of behavior and certainly won't pay for it. I've been informed that I am entitled to a refund.

My account was terminated by Match due to a misunderstanding. Despite being separated, Match mistakenly believes I am married. Interestingly, my soon-to-be ex-wife also has a Match account linked to the same credit card, living in Ohio while I reside in Texas. A simple check on the card used for my account, recently charged by Match, would confirm this information. Despite my repeated emails and lengthy calls to customer service, I have only received a generic email saying my issue is being reviewed with no further communication. The incident numbers I received are [redacted]95 and [redacted]19. I urge Match to either reinstate my account or refund the unwarranted charges. I am not violating any terms of service and a review of your records would confirm my separation status.

On Friday, July 31, [redacted], I noticed that all photos on my Match profile, except the main one, disappeared. Since I couldn't immediately replace them, I logged out. When I tried to log in later, I received an error message instructing me to contact [redacted] Despite emailing them five times over three days, I received repetitive responses advising me to reset my password even though that wasn't resolving the photo issue. Two of my messages went unanswered. The unhelpful response I received multiple times suggested resetting my password, even though that wasn't the problem I was facing. I'm frustrated with the lack of assistance and wondering if Match will provide the help I need or if I should escalate the issue further.
