I am disappointed with the service I received on your website. I was promised that there would be a variety of people interested in getting to know me, yet I only received contact from three individuals who do not match my preferences. Moreover, I was informed that there are no further options available. I require a complete refund credited back to my Best Buy card as I recently purchased this account and already find it unsatisfactory.

Despite this, I received an interest from a user named Free Willy, whom I'm unable to interact with. I am eager to connect with him. I had temporarily put my activity on hold due to surgery but realized I'd like to communicate. I am unable to log in to my account despite following all the proper instructions. When I try to reset my password, the system does not accept the new one provided in the emails received. I believe this is a systemic issue and not due to any inappropriate content on my profile. I reached out earlier about canceling my subscription and removing my profile. I noticed my access was blocked after attempting to cancel myself. If my subscription is canceled, I would like my profile and pictures to be deleted or hidden. Can you please provide guidance on how to proceed with removing my profile entirely?

I haven't used my Match.com account in a long time and was surprised to see a charge of $[redacted].94 on my bank statement on December 5, [redacted]. He uses different phone numbers and encourages women to send him photos, targeting individuals aged 18-25. Despite being 39 years old with children, he misleads women by creating fake identities and manipulating them emotionally. Hello, I am David. I am experiencing issues with a radio station flooding my devices with inappropriate content and ads, including sexual material. They have taken control of my phone, computer, and other devices, adding unwanted websites and sending me emails for subscriptions. They seem to have access to Google accounts and are communicating through Gmail. I have tried using ad blockers, but the problem persists. My inbox is still blocked. This issue needs to be resolved immediately. I have invested a significant amount of money, and it is unacceptable to experience this problem. It appears that whenever I encounter individuals who are not engaging in criminal activities, they are mistakenly removed from my saved inbox. Consequently, my inbox gets blocked each time I log in due to having saved certain contacts. Please refrain from claiming that this action is for safety purposes. The current situation is extremely frustrating. Despite the flaws of this site, I managed to connect with a few individuals, and now I am facing this obstruction. I urge you to address this matter promptly.

I recently signed up for a three-month subscription on match.com, but I'm unable to proceed with setting up my account. The system is indicating that my email address is already in use, which is puzzling since this is my first time joining match.com. I created a Match account and signed up for a premium subscription, expecting a monthly charge of $20. However, I was actually charged $[redacted], and I only had $65 in my account. I signed back into my account on Saturday, the 25th. I paid, uploaded photos, and chatted with some people. The next day, Sunday, I was working all day. When I checked my emails after work, I saw responses to questions I never asked. It turns out my account was hacked. The hacker changed my profile, uploaded someone else's photos, and messaged people, claiming to be taller and interested in anyone. I immediately changed my password, removed the inappropriate content, and informed users of the situation on my profile. I contacted customer service, but it was after hours. Today, I reached out to some users to explain, but my account got blocked. I called customer service, was placed on hold, and now I'm waiting for a callback, it's been 30 minutes.

I created a free profile with you to explore the service. On January 30th, I attempted to upgrade to full access for $7.99/month for 6 months. However, upon entering my payment details, I discovered it would charge me for the full 6 months upfront, which I cannot afford. Before completing the purchase, I tried to back out, but the charge went through. Despite not submitting the purchase, my account was charged. I have paid for a subscription but cannot access my Match account. Although I was able to access the site for free, I'm having trouble with my paid account. A technician directed me to JustAnswer where I was informed they are not affiliated with Match and cannot assist me without a paid account. I'm disappointed that Match couldn't help. I suspect the technical issue could be due to cookies on the site from being a long-time user. Despite seeking help over the phone, the assistance provided was unhelpful. I am experiencing difficulty signing into my Match account on both my phone and PC. An error message appears indicating that the email or password entered is incorrect. Despite sending multiple emails over the past week and a half and waiting for 48 hours between each, I have only received a customer satisfaction survey. I have not had any confirmation or response to my issue. I have followed the steps provided on their website's help section: I ensured I was on the US site, attempted to reset my password, and checked for any accidental account blocks. Despite trying different browsers and clearing cookies and history, the problem persists. I have not received Daily Match emails since the login issue arose, except for one regarding their customer service, to which I responded with a detailed explanation of my problem but received no further communication. All the requested information has been provided as well.

Hello Team Match, I joined a month ago and recently paid for 3 months after receiving numerous messages on my profile. However, my account has been blocked soon after the payment. I have not violated any rules, and the only likely reason is that I used a card from my Mexican account. Although I have businesses in multiple countries including Mexico, I am not Mexican and travel extensively between the US, Europe, and Australia.
