Greg appears to be a sex addict targeting young women ages 18-25, depicting himself dishonestly as a romantic and sympathetic person. He manipulates women into sending explicit images using burner phone numbers and messaging apps. Greg Voss is a 39-year-old father residing in Adamsville, Alabama, with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son. He engages in inappropriate behavior, seeking out women on dating platforms, video chat apps, and chat rooms. He manipulates women into sending him photos using text and burner number apps. Despite being a 39-year-old individual with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, he targets women aged 18-25. He portrays himself as a victim of his past relationship, gaining sympathy before engaging in explicit conversations and sharing misleading images. This concerning pattern needs addressing promptly. Greg Voss operates under aliases such as Gregory Voss and has provided his contact information, including his real phone number ([redacted]) and several email addresses ([redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted]). I would like a refund for my subscription as I was not aware that I would be billed every 6 months. I thought it was a yearly subscription and do not wish for it to renew. I was charged yesterday without realizing it, assuming my subscription was for the entire year. Currently unable to date due to time constraints. Please reach out to me. I received a free 3-day trial on Nov. 20th and tried it without any charges to my card. When I checked my due date on the 22nd, a representative extended my trial by 3 days. However, the next day, my account was charged. I contacted customer service, and the money was refunded, but my bank account went negative due to the charge. They mentioned it could take 3-7 days to receive the refund. According to your terms, I shouldn't have been charged unless I didn't cancel before the trial ended. I still had 2 days left. Because of your charge, my bank charged me $35, which they won't refund. This has left me in a difficult financial situation. I need the $35 back from the company as it was your error, or I will need to take further action.

I have discovered two profiles on match.com using my photos under the names Sid and Erik. I did not create either account and can't access them as I don't know the associated email addresses. I recently discovered that there is a mismatch with the photo on my previous Match subscription. The picture displayed is not me, and I do not wish to be associated with it. Would you kindly ensure that all profiles under my name are removed, including the incorrect secondary photo that does resemble me? I was on hold for 90 minutes before getting through, is there an issue with the phones? Is it necessary to pay for chat support? I need help with two things: (1) changing my birth year from [redacted] to [redacted] due to an error and (2) adjusting my pricing. I have access to promotional offers like 6 months free with the code "FREE" and this deal is what keeps me as a customer. The lack of success on the platform, limited support, and unsuccessful participation in live events have made it hard to justify the cost of my subscription. The individuals on this platform are extremely disappointing. I am not interested in being approached by strangers with inappropriate comments about their intentions. One person even tried to pressure me into intimate activities after I had clearly refused multiple times. Another user attempted to exploit a personal tragedy to initiate a physical relationship. The quality of this service does not justify the monthly fee of $30. I am currently unable to access my account to cancel the subscription. I would appreciate a refund for the unsatisfactory experience.

I've been trying to change my email address for four hours, following the steps provided, but it keeps redirecting me back to the same page to input my details. I have tried everything suggested, but it's not working. Every time I try to edit my email, it brings me back to the sign-in page. I am frustrated and feeling overwhelmed. I'm encountering difficulties accessing the website. As a member of Match.com, when I click on the site, I see a message stating "We believe in" with a heart image above, followed by the option to sign in as a member. Upon selecting "Forgot Password," it prompts me to enter my account's email for further instructions. After inputting my email and clicking "Send Email," it indicates that a reset password email has been sent. However, I have not received any instructions on how to reset my password.

When attempting to log in, an error message indicates a problem with my account, even though I just signed up three days ago and opted for match.com's premium service based on a friend's suggestion. I created an account about 3 weeks ago, but since then I have been experiencing issues with connecting to people and receiving emails. It appears that MATCH has blocked me for no reason. The first person who messaged me was attempting to send packages from the Philippines, which made me uncomfortable and I had to involve the authorities. I have contacted support six times to resolve the problems with my profile, but no action has been taken. I urgently need this matter to be addressed and resolved immediately, or I want to cancel my account.
