I believe it must have been a mistake, as I typically only subscribe on a month-to-month basis. I have already canceled the subscription online and would appreciate it if you could check if my card has been charged and issue the refund promptly. Hello, I am a member of Match.com in Ireland and believe I am logged into my account. I was communicating with someone named Monalisa, who recently sent me a message containing her phone number. Unfortunately, I did not save her phone number and now I cannot locate the message. It appears that the message might have been deleted due to her subscription expiring. Hello, I have been charged $[redacted].00 every six months. Although I canceled my account as I am no longer interested in the service, I noticed I was still billed. I am unsure if there is another account under my name that I am unknowingly paying for. Just recently, I was charged again by the Dating site. I no longer require this service and wish for any account associated with my name to be promptly removed from your billing system and canceled. I will be investigating this matter thoroughly with the help of my law firm connections. I kindly request that as a customer, you show the same respect to your customers as I do to mine. Thank you.

I am currently feeling frustrated as my profile keeps getting rejected, possibly due to mentioning the word God. Despite removing any potentially offensive content such as political references, my profile continues to be deemed inappropriate. I am a Christian from Arkansas, not particularly devout, and I do not see anything offensive in my profile. I kindly ask for a review or a refund if my profile does not meet the criteria. I am simply looking for a partner who believes in God without being strictly religious. I do not understand the sensitivity towards this. I had a ten-month relationship with a woman I met on your site. Unfortunately, she cheated on me, and the relationship ended. Before I left her, she threatened to have me blocked from your site with a false story. I was indeed blocked, but I am unsure why. To my knowledge, I have not engaged in any inappropriate behavior on your platform. Blocking someone based on false accusations is unprofessional. Please provide me with any evidence of wrongdoing on my part. I am highly dissatisfied with the situation and have shared my experience with others. I do not plan to use your site again, but I need assurance that my account is canceled, and I will not be billed further. Kindly confirm this for me.

To the Concerned Party, I am deeply disappointed with my experience on match.com within the first week of joining. Having used various free dating apps previously with limited success, I had high hopes for match.com based on recommendations from friends and colleagues. However, the actual experience has been shocking and below expectations. The app's functionality is severely lacking for several reasons: 1. My profile is being shown to individuals well outside my set age and distance preferences. 2. Any user can message me without prior matching, leading to inappropriate and unwelcome messages. 3. I receive numerous inappropriate messages daily, ranging from sexual content to marriage proposals. 4. The matching feature is ineffective, providing less than one suitable match per day. 5. The app's design is subpar, making basic tasks like blocking or reporting problematic. This has been an awful dating app experience, leaving me feeling vulnerable and exposed to unwanted advances. I am requesting a full refund due to the poor service received. I intend to share my negative experiences within my social circle to caution others. Hello, I have encountered issues with the Match dating site since I signed up and have been unsuccessful in reaching out to them for assistance. 1. When I opted to hide my profile on the site, it deleted all my contacts and prompted me to subscribe again, even though my current subscription is valid until May. Due to these problems, I have deleted all my photos to avoid any further issues. 2. Using the app on my phone, I am unable to access the Daily Matches feature. There are no photos displayed, and I am simply asked to choose between a cross or a heart icon without being able to view any pictures of the men. 3. The Match site consistently advises me to disable cookies on Safari in order to contact them. Despite multiple attempts by Apple's technical team to resolve this matter, the issue remains unresolved. Apple has suggested that the problem may lie with my account on Match. 4. I have spent a significant amount of money on this site, yet I am unable to utilize my account properly due to ongoing subscription prompts. I need urgent assistance to make sure my Match profile is not visible. I used the site years ago and I'm being harassed by a man named Tom Koper from Traverse City, Michigan. He recently showed up at my daughter's house uninvited, claiming he's been obsessed with me for five years. We've involved the police due to his concerning behavior. He has even used a fake Facebook account under the name Ben Jones to track us down. I live in Charlevoix, Michigan, and I'm terrified for my safety. I need help removing my profile from Match to ensure this man cannot contact me through the platform. This situation is extremely alarming and I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I have previously discussed my lost premium account issue with you. After being located using the email "[redacted]" and username "PJ," I have logged in only to find that the account is no longer upgraded. Please address this problem promptly. I have dedicated considerable time to resolving this over the past five consecutive days. The email linked to this account is utilized for gaming and dating apps, while my payment account email differs. This oversight may have caused the initial difficulty in locating my account. We have moved beyond that hurdle, and now I need this new challenge resolved without further delay. Kindly reinstate my account to the upgraded status I previously paid for - a one-month subscription for $38.37. I expect this to be rectified by tomorrow morning; otherwise, I will no longer engage with Match services.

I have encountered a man who uses the aliases Edward Kane and Eddie Kane. We started dating in October [redacted], but I recently learned in mid-March [redacted], that he was still active on dating sites. He has scammed me out of €[redacted] and opened a phone contract in my name. Despite his claims, he lives with his parents, is unemployed, and does not own a business. While I understand it's not the website's fault, I feel compelled to warn others about his deceptive behavior. I hope my experience prevents other women from falling victim to his schemes. Dear Mr./Ms., I would like to bring to your attention that my account's subscription was automatically renewed for the next six months. The payment of £59.99 was processed via iTunes on 14 April [redacted]. Despite this, my account remains inactive as it appears that the renewal did not go through from my end. Today is 21 April, and the payment has been deducted from my official bank account statement, yet my account shows that the subscription renewal did not take place. I have previously reached out to you regarding this matter and unfortunately have not received any response. Subject: Follow-up Regarding Membership Extension Issue I reached out to Match Customer Care in March regarding an issue with my Match services being inactive for 3 months due to my overseas medical treatment. I requested an extension on my membership for the time missed. Despite explaining my circumstances, the representative, Jonas, rejected my request stating that due to the lack of messages sent during that time, they couldn't grant the extension. It seems my extenuating circumstances were overlooked and not considered in their decision-making process. I feel discriminated against regarding my health situation. I purchased a 3-month membership from your site and encountered 2 scammers among the contacts provided. Subsequently, I engaged in conversation with an individual named Graham Brooks, who I later discovered to also be a scammer. I interacted with him on Hangouts after initially conversing on your platform. In light of these experiences, I am requesting a refund for my account as I have found no genuine individuals on your site. Upon attempting to delete my profile after placing it on hold, I noticed that my subscription was no longer active after only 1 month. I urge you to investigate the authenticity of users such as Graham Brooks, who seems to be using photos of Captain Thomas Lindenberg Masden. I am sincerely seeking a genuine connection and unfortunately do not believe your site attracts authentic individuals. - AB

This is my second subscription on Match in a row. I let the first one expire due to receiving no responses after emailing over [redacted] people. Despite this, after it expired, I started receiving alerts to my personal email about women liking me or wanting to talk. I renewed at a reduced price but faced the same lack of responses. I feel like I am not getting value for my subscription as I have not received any replies. I would like a refund for the two months. I work hard and long hours and cannot afford to be ignored like this. I am not trying to be difficult, I just want a refund for the unresponsiveness. I signed up on match.com and paid $19.99 for the service. After browsing some matches, I decided to subscribe for 6 months for $[redacted].94. However, I experienced issues with the messaging system. I received messages from Brian, but when I tried to open them, I only saw ads prompting me to subscribe again. I also received a photo and message from a man named Art and liked him as instructed. Now, I am unsure about the system's functioning and what happens after I like someone. Can you provide a simple explanation of how the system works? How will Art be able to reply or contact me after I liked him?

I canceled my subscription over a year ago. Recently, I was informed that my profile was still active, and someone tried to contact me. I checked my old email account associated with the profile and found numerous notifications. This situation has left me feeling shocked and disappointed. I have always made an effort to reply to messages when I was a member, so not responding now is unfortunate and unintentional. I canceled my subscription believing my profile would be deleted, which does not seem to be the case. This raises concerns about the authenticity of profiles on the platform. I recently had an unpleasant encounter with someone on match.com. They started asking for money, leading me to question their true intentions for connecting. Once I realized they were a scammer, I promptly blocked them and reported the incident on the website. As a result, I am discontinuing my subscription. Kindly refund the recent charge of $38.97 USD made on my credit card on May 7, as I do not plan to renew my subscription. Thank you.

I am having issues with receiving messages on the platform. Despite notifications of new messages, I cannot see them in my inbox. When reaching out to tech support, they mentioned an additional payment for investigating the problem. I find this frustrating and unreasonable. This problem has persisted since I joined around two weeks ago, making it impossible for me to read messages as intended. I am questioning the value of my subscription and considering cancelling it due to this ongoing problem with message delivery.
