Four the *th time I canceled my membership in Dec. ****. I know I had a month left but met someone so I canceled. However you did not!!! You auto charged me **.**. I thought I was I was done with you as of December. Then I see a charge for auto renewal for this amount. After I canceled I even received an email as to sorry to see you leave. I tried to sign in just to make sure my membership was canceled. I was gone. I have tried to sign into my account as you auto renewed my account and can't sign in. I should be able to as you charged me. None of my info has changed since injoined in Oct. of ****. All the info is the same and if I still have a membership according to you which I canceled I should be able to sign in NOT the case!!! This is a total scam. I will NOT pay for what I took care of * months ago.
