I signed up for match.com in July [redacted], but I've been unable to log in since then. Every time I attempt to log in, I'm prompted to subscribe again. Several members have been inappropriate, disrespectful, and degrading towards me, and I have only defended myself and requested they not engage with me further. I believe addressing such behavior does not breach guidelines. I feel disrespected by the threat to cancel my membership for bringing attention to derogatory conduct. I use your platform sincerely to seek meaningful connections, not to face mistreatment. I am puzzled by the request to complete a survey regarding the incident. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter with a representative to clarify the alleged wrongdoing. I've attempted multiple times to reset my password for my Match account in order to log in and potentially subscribe. However, the process has been extremely challenging, and I'm feeling hesitant to continue. Despite receiving 5 password reset emails, none of them have been successful. I keep encountering an error message prompting me to use the iPhone-generated password or create my own, which I have repeatedly tried without success. After entering a new password, I consistently receive the notification that the passwords do not match. My email is [redacted]

I had a free one-week trial and contacted the company to cancel to avoid being charged. However, the representative I spoke to was unable to find my account despite providing all necessary information and kept me on the phone for over 30 minutes. I am frustrated with the rude and unhelpful service I received. Now I have been charged by the company and I am seeking a refund promptly. It is the weekend and I am unable to reach anyone by phone, adding to my frustration. I suspect this delay may be deliberate to prevent refunding my money. I am consistently encountering hackers on my account. While I can usually detect a potential scam, I am exhausted from having to constantly second-guess anyone showing interest. I have noticed repeated "likers" with identical photos but different bios, and recently my account was cleared of all the "likes" and ongoing conversations. I suspect my account might be compromised. I am no longer interested in using Match due to these issues and would like a refund. I cancelled my subscription renewal shortly after signing up on January 1st. Hello, I need assistance with unauthorized payments still coming out of my bank account despite canceling them two years ago. I am looking for two pieces of information regarding my account. The last payment authorization number was on February 7, [redacted], which was requested on February 6, authorization number [redacted]. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name, username, or email address associated with the account as it has been a while since I used it. I would like to find out the exact date I signed up with your service and when was the last time I logged into my account. I am concerned about a potential scam involving disappearing text messages in my online interactions. I have noticed a pattern of fake profiles sending messages without displaying a profile photo. When I confront them about suspicious behavior, they are able to erase all their messages, leaving only mine behind. Despite meeting someone in person who seemed genuine, she asked for personal information and my birth date, leading me to worry about identity theft. I fear she could use my information to harm me, especially since she knew my address. I am puzzled by the vanishing texts and uncertain if this is a sign of a scam. The individual I met claimed she could no longer access her messages when questioned. I have also observed strange behavior with profile pictures changing or disappearing. I need guidance regarding whether disappearing text messages are a reliable indicator of fraud and any insights you may have on this matter.

I can be reached at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] Recently, I received a (3 or 4 day) trial membership from Match.com around Jan. 2nd. I opted to try out their service to assess if I wanted to become a paying member. After 2 days, I decided against proceeding further and called to cancel my trial membership. I spoke with a representative who assured me that my membership was canceled. I requested an email confirmation but did not receive it despite assurances. To my surprise, I received a bill for $88.16 instead. I am requesting a refund and for my membership to be canceled immediately. I am awaiting an email confirmation once this has been done. I recently canceled my subscription, and despite it being done two days ago, funds were still deducted from my account for another month. I am experiencing a serious issue that needs urgent resolution. I created a free Match account a few weeks ago but couldn't log in last night. After contacting live chat, a tech named Harry called and requested $3 to remove my photo from Match. I reluctantly provided my card details, but was then led through a complex process involving downloading "Coinbase." I was unable to complete the process and will speak with Harry tonight. Shortly after, an individual messaged me on WhatsApp claiming to have obtained my number from Match, which alarmed me. I contacted live chat again and was assured my account was deleted. Today, Harry called instructing me to pay $3 to finalize the process, claiming my account was breached. I am now unsure if my account is deleted, if my number is visible, or if the card details are safe. I urgently seek resolution and assurance that my personal information is secure. If not addressed promptly, I will contact the Information Commission. Thank you.

I accidentally signed up for Match.com and another dating site, which I now regret. Due to being almost 82 and having health issues, I realized finding a partner would be too challenging given my limited energy. I am experiencing issues with my pictures not showing up correctly across my desktop and mobile site profiles. Despite having the same bio, the profiles seem to be different. Additionally, after purchasing a membership almost a month ago, I am unable to access Match on my desktop while having some access on my mobile device. I am struggling to upload pictures on the mobile app, impacting my visibility. Despite following the instructions provided, my pictures are not appearing, resulting in minimal profile views. Although I have pictures on my desktop, the site prompts me to join even though I have already paid for a membership. I have reached out via email twice without a satisfactory response, leading to frustration. I am requesting either a refund or an extension of my membership to receive the access I paid for.

I canceled my account in December [redacted], well in advance before it was set to renew in January [redacted] to avoid automatic renewal. I have successfully canceled my membership on this site before without any issues. However, this time, even though I canceled over a month ahead, my membership was renewed without my consent. I was charged $74.97, which I did not authorize, and now I can't sign in even though I know my login information. I have disputed the charge with my bank. I'm frustrated because I am being billed for a membership I can't even use. I demand an immediate credit to my account. I tried reaching out before but was told you couldn't contact me. I canceled my membership in December [redacted] but was still auto-charged $74.97 for an auto-renewal, even after receiving a confirmation email that I had successfully canceled. I have been unable to log in to my account even though I have not changed any of my information since joining in October [redacted]. This situation is frustrating and appears to be a scam. I refuse to pay for a service that I took care of canceling two months ago.
