Hi,joined this site under three weeks ago. **% of the time when i tried to log in to my app it told me that i had no internet- but everything else i used worked fine.*Changing from search to messages it would do the same telling me to try back later. I updated the app and it worked twice then returned to telling me that it had no internet.*I removed the app and reinstalled it three times and it still is not working properly. I emailed previously regarding this and have heard nothing back.*I have now deactivated my account as every time i try and contact the customer care it tells me there is a problem with my account.*I would like a refund for the unused months that i have paid for as i have not received a service.
