I signed up for a paid subscription of match yesterday evening. Just as I was about to agree to the payment, I realized I had selected the wrong subscription. I didn’t see how to go back and change this, so I clicked the back button on the url toolbar, and it submitted anyhow. I am currently signed up for the six month subscription, but I would only like to be subscribed to the one month subscription and would like to be reimbursed the difference.
GetHuman-jjefferi did not yet indicate what Match.com should do to make this right.
