You keep telling my mother that I never talk to anybody or that I never tried to cancel my account so you keep charging an old lady. What you're doing is you are charging a senior citizen money that I cancelled back in June when I subscribed I was not happy and I told you guys that I will refuse to pay another dime and I refuse to cancel my credit card and open up another one this is ridiculous I travel for a living cancel my effing membership or I'm going to lose it
