Sirs, I cancelled my account months ago. I have the record, I'm sure you do too. Despite being cancelled, I am still being charged! This cannot be. The most recent charge was *****, for $**.**! That's a lot. Since my account was cancelled months ago, I need * things done.**) Close the account for real so the charges stop. They are billing my credit card ending ****.**) Rebate to my card the many $**.** charges you have billed me since the account was closed. There is at least *, maybe more. The card ending in **** has been cancelled so you will need to rebate the $$$ to my new card (I will provide the number once you confirm the rebate) or send a check.*Needless to say, this is very frustrating to be billed after the account was closed.
