I cancelled my Match subscription back when I first signed up over * months ago. I have had a horrible experience on this site and haven’t used it or replied to messages in months. I made certain to cancel my subscription before October **th in which I had received the notification that my account was cancelled and I’d have the tool to use until today. I just saw my bank debuted the $** from me and I’m not happy about it. I’d like a swift refund. I do not want to use your service now or in the future.
