I cancelled my account and automatic billing * months ago (Jan. **th, ****) and I just got another bill in the mail today. I see that my account expires on August **th and I want to cancel immediately. I should not have to pay this bill if my account expires in a couple of days. *When I cancelled in January, the person that helped me said she turned off the auto billing feature so it wouldn't happen again. I have not been on the site since then. Now I am being charged again.*Please call me at ***-***-***.
