I sent you an email just a bit ago. I also was on a live chat and to get help I was supposed to pay $* to get tech support. I don't think I should pay some third party to get me back to logging. This is ridiculous. I will call tomorrow and if I don't get help I'm going to unsubscribe which is something I don't want to do. Call me at * your time-***-*******.

The issue in GetHuman-kathybha's own words
Each time I try to log in I get the notice that my user name or password is not correct. I have tried and tried to no avail. I have changed my password again. I need help to access my profile, etc.
GetHuman-kathybha did not yet indicate what Match.com should do to make this right.
