I have had £***.** taken out of my account from paypal when this account has been cancelled by yourselves. I phoned up last year with the same issue and your people said it was too late now and I was not due a refund. They said they would cancel everything so I would not get billed again and lo and behold you have taken the money again. Please get this sorted asap and let me get a refund. Please also make sure I am not on your books. It asked me to login on the screen and it even asked me to re-activate, which tells you I have not been using it.
GetHuman-chrisbyc did not yet indicate what Match.com should do to make this right.
