I only EVER paid month to month, never a longevity subscription. I cancelled my membership in October or PERHAPS November. I know because that is when I met my fiancee, & never needed the service again. I'm not certain how many times Ive been charged, because with my spending my bill always seemed reasonable, so I never checked specifics until a recent debacle with another company, & I saw Match on there! I've NEVER authorized a single payment, other than month to month, which was almost a YEAR ago. It can be noted by my lack of activity on the site, which I'm certain you must have a record of. I feel like the site has STOLEN my money, & I would like an immediate reversal of ANY charges that occurred after October .
GetHuman-sjcm did not yet indicate what Match.com should do to make this right.
