Dear Customer Service,**Approximately * yrs. ago I made a connection on Match and at that time cancelled my subscription. Several months later Match reactivated my account and charged my credit card without my authorization. When I learned of the charge I called Match and talked to a representative explaining that I had not authorized the re-activation. At that time they explained that it was an automatic transaction. I asked that I be refunded since I had not re-activated my account. Than a year later the same thing happened again where I noticed a charge on my American Express card and that my account with Match had again been reactivated. Again, I called and spoke with a representative explaining that I had not requested a reactivation and requested a refund. On each occasion Match resolved the matter. I am now ready to try online dating again and upon re activation I was blocked. I sent inquiry emails regarding the status of my Match membership and upon receiving the second email response from (Tony E. - *********) I learned from Mr. Tony that..... "due to our Terms of Use, your Match account has been terminated. We believe this action to be in the best interest of our member community." * I am thinking of trying online dating again and wanted to reactivate with Match and would like help making this happen.
