I WAS ON HOLIDAY WHEN MY MEMBERSHIP AUTO RENEWED. (I DIDN'T REALISE I HAD SIGNED UP FOR AUTO RENEWAL). I SENT AN EMAIL AND GOT A REPLY FROM SAM WHO SAID AS A GESTURE OF GOODWILL I WOULD GET A REFUND AS LONG AS I DID NOT GO ON TO MATCH WHICH I DID NOT. THE REFUND WAS SUSPPOSED TO GO BACK ON TO MY CREDIT CARD WITHIN * WOKING DAYS. IT HAS NOW BEEN * DAYS AND I CANNOT GET ANYONE TO RESPOND TO MY FOLLOW UP EMAILS. CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE?
