I'm a member of your plenty of fish site. I wanted to upgrade my account. I can not do so because it is saying *INVALID PASSWORD *The password is correct, I have requested a reset but had no response. **If you view my *MEET ME *You will see that I'm a valued member therefor encourage others people to use the site. Please can you please reset my password so I can upgrade or delete. **I don't like the thought of people contacting my account and being ignored and that reflecting on my reputation for always giving a reply.*I also have been extremely ill with a blood clot in my lung that has left me with Post traumatic stress and I'm feeling very anxious about the fact that the person I've been talking to may think that I'm ill again. **My apologies for contacting you via your Match site but it appears there is no customer care now runs for POF *I can't tell you how terribly unsettled I feel knowing potentially my profile will remain on the site even if I'm in a relationship. I'm actually desperate to at the least have the account closed
