As a previous subscriber of match.com I was offered a 'special' offer of £*.** for a set period, to which I took advantage and £*.** was debited from my account on **.*.**. I have today received my bank statement showing the above mentioned BUT I was also debited on **th March and **th April and on both occasions £**.**,which I had not agreed to and I didn't know I was still on the site. Therefore I believe I should be reimbursed the total payment as I only agreed to the limited period of time for £*.**. I look forward to your reply with thanks.
GetHuman-pwarren did not yet indicate what Match.com should do to make this right.
