I very specifically cancelled my subscription months before mine expired and months before I would be charged & yet still i was charged $**.** on Sunday June **th, ****. *I am not working & when I lost my job I cancelled my subscription over * months ago. I also doubled checked that my subscription was no renewable in my cell as well which it was not yet i was still illegally charged which through my account into over draft. Now I have $* for gas or food for my kids and your office is closed. Please rectify this immediately. And yes, I took the necessary steps to make sure I’d not be re-charged.
