To whom it may concern,**I would like you to know how disappointed I am with your service. The matches you were sending me were no where near what I asked for. Also, many times I was sent the same men twice*three times in my daily matches that I already said "no" to and they did not match my description. Its hard to find any interest in men you are sending me that are my father age and not the ethnicity I asked!!! I don't have the time to do my own searching and that's why I put the faith into your service. I articulated my requirements very well* and filled everything in my profile. You were sending me old men and they were messaging me...gross!!! It just put me right off!!! I lowered my age preference because it felt like all I was being sent *** year olds!!! I even extended my search for all of Canada and the matches you sent were still so off!!* Also I know you state in your policy your service is nonrefundable but if match stands by the message they state as the ** dating app the customer should be satisfied with your service and if you don't deliver what they want they should get their money back. I would like you to put the service fee I paid back onto my credit card please. I am not happy with this dating arrangement as promised! Sincerely, Christie.
