Hello. I believed my Match.com subscription to be cancelled and found last night I was re-billed. I believe I cancelled it last December (and a quick check will show no activity with the account in * months).**I even went to the step about * weeks ago of trying to log into my profile and make sure it was cancelled (*****@***.com or possibly *****@***.com but definitely one of those *). Both emails told me the account was NOT active and would have to be "re-activated" to use. That led me to believe all was cancelled and good. Why re-activate a dead account if I am still considered a subscriber? So it matched my recollection of cancelling * months ago.**So, I shouldn't have been billed for another * months. I didn't use the last * months and won't use * more months for sure (just not the thing for me).**Request a refund of the charge yesterday and for sure no more re-billings (be sure I am down as cancelled).**Thank you!
